Our experience with him was fine, I liked them! He was very honest in explaining that the issue was not a big problem.

We'd had multiple occurrences of cockroaches in our house and the do it yourself baits weren't getting the job done. I hopped on Angie's List to look for exterminators around our hose and came across Buggs. Mike had great reviews and he also had a coupon for AL subscribers so I called him up. Mike answered the phone in like 2 rings, and was very professional on the phone. We were able to set up a time for him to come out that worked best for us. The morning of the appointment, Mike called to let me know he was running just a bit late as he had a long drive from his earlier job. No big deal and I greatly appreciated the call. It took 2 minutes for him to let me know instead of just showing up late... this is what makes a customer happy. Upon arriving, he promptly started to take a look around the house and then started spraying. He did a thorough job even in our crawl space. When it came time to pay the man, he gave me another small discount because he was late. He didn't have to do that but I appreciated it and it was a great gesture to do for a new customer. He gave me a 2-week guarantee and said he'd come back out if we still had issues, but we have not had any since then. We even talked about setting up a quarterly plan and he gave us pricing on that.

As mentioned above. Mike cleaned up/removed a pigeons nest from our roof. He also cleaned/unblocked the debris from the guttering just below the nest. This nest has been there for years as it is in a scary, precarious spot 2 stories up on our roof that my husband and I couldn't get to. Pigeons aren't your typical 'pests' so was hopeful when I saw wildlife mentioned in BuggsPest & Animal Control. I called in morning and Mike said he would be out that same afternoon around 12:30. He showed up at 12. He was very friendly. And gave me and an immediate sense o someone with honesty and integrity. He got right to it. Cleaned most of it out and discovered two baby pigeons in the process. He explained he was have to come back the next morning to finish cleaning and to put down the sticky stuff to keep them got coming back. He was there promptly at 9 as indicated, completed the clean up, applied the sticky stuff to keep them from rebuilding and moved the babies down to a bush with a from call to the nature reserve to come and remove them. Very pleased with service and with fact that nest is gone and looking forward to 8 counted pigeons to take the hint and move onto another location!!!!

They do a great job. We use them regularly. They are nice folks to work with. They call us to remind of when service is needed and that is helpful so we do not have to worry about it.

I liked him coming out because he was nice to talk to. He was reliable and dependable. He was willing to give me a break on the price when he thought the circumstances warranted it.

he really did a good job of getting rid of my raccoon, it was a real pain. It wasn't cheap, but he did get rid of him. All of them are expensive, but they get the job done. The quality was very good. He even came over i think on a Sunday when the raccoon actually go caught. I was really impressed with that.

I have used him for mice and moles in the yard. I have been plagued with moles. I had so many that he wouldn't charge me a reset fee if he had to come back out again even if it was a little bit after the 30 days. He is great. He worked really hard to help me solve the problem. He is a really nice person and is really pleasant to work with. He is also reasonably priced. I felt like I was most definitely getting my money's worth.

We had a problem with a mouse trapped inside a wall in our house. We called Aardvark, and they came out the very same day I called, which was amazing, and checked entry spots, and looked for evidence of mice other places, and determined that we had many mice living in the attic, (we back to woods), and that one had fallen into the wall space. They put bait stations up in the attic, which would kill the mice there and prevent this situation from happening again. They were professional, and very reasonably priced. Definitely would use them again!

They trapped and removed 4 squirrels and did the repairs. Each time they laid a new trap, a squirrel was trapped within about an hour's time. They came out the next day to remove the pest and reset the trap. The only distasteful part was the one trap was external to the house and you could see the dead squirrel dangle from the roof's edge. This was quite upsetting to my animal activist daughter, so we had to warn her not to look. We had a visit from an interested and hungry falcon, so it was a a bit of an emotional event. I don't know if this trap could have been done inside the roof or not, but that would have prevented this unsavory element.

The representative was on time and was very friendly. He didn't have to lubricate the vent since that wasn't a pest control problem. He could have just taken the service charge and left but he was kind enough to take care of the squeak for me.

I CALLED AARDVARK PEST CONTROL AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND SET TRAPS. THE COST OF SERVICE IS BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF TRAPS SET AND HE CAME OUT EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS TO CHECK THEM.
