We needed a replacement sprinkler system control box. The owner came, explained everything, installed the box we needed, and was great to work with. A few months later we needed some sprinkler heads replaced and adjusted. A different tech came this time. He spent 2 hours on a very basic job, which made the amount due go up as the service call was by the hour, and the heads he needed to adjust were still wrong. Note: this was a few years ago. The service date I listed is estimated. I have not used them since and found a new company. It may have just been that one tech who may or may not still be there. I am neutral if I would recommend them or not.
Description of Work: The first time I used this company, the owner came out, installed a replacement sprinkler system and was great to work with. The latest time I just needed some sprinkler heads adjusted and replaced.

HE HAS BEEN WITH US FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. HE IS VERY BUSY AND HAS TROUBLE WITH SCHEDULING. HOWEVER, ONCE HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO COME, HE COMES AT THE PRESCRIBED TIME AND STAYS TILL THE WORK IS DONE. EXCELLENT AT TROUBLE SHOOTING AND GOOD WAYS TO GET THINGS REPAIRED.
