+ 0 moreThe work was delayed because he said he's backed up and can't find good help. When the fence was reinstalled, the sections were not perfectly level(you can easily tell with this type of fence). After some shifting in the ground, it was more out of line and now the locking gate(we have a pool)doesn't close(we have to use a bungee cord). The other gate section has moved also so we have to lift this heavy gate and rest it on the post to close it. Worst of all, he has said numerous times he'd come out and fix it and he hasn't. Oh, and the paint is peeling! This has been for the last 1 1/2 years. We'll have to hire a new person to fix his crappy work.
Description of Work: Brian removed our wrought iron fence, repainted it and reinstalled it to conform to our remodeled house and new landscaping.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Brian by phone and then went to his shop where he showed us examples of his work as well as different design elements. Brian then came to our house to measure for the railings and finalize the design based on what would look good on our porch. He then constructed and installed the railings within a week. They are beautiful, sturdy and well crafted.
Description of Work: Brian designed and constructed two new railings for our front porch steps.
