+ -1 moreBrian Rotert is the owner. They started the energy audit in last December. After the audit, they did the necessary work to get the credit for electricity. Brian took care of everything and I didn?t have to do anything. He was a home remodeler before and so he does other things too. He recommended a few things for the humidity problem. We were trying to resolve a really bad energy problem and my electric bills last year were around $250 compared to $100 this year. They really helped.
Description of Work: Brookside Building Performance did an energy audit. They also did some of the services required to improve the energy efficiency in my house. They did the caulking work and some things under doors.
