Brian is the best-wouldn't consider any one else- has taken care of our spa for years and years. He is a great person, extremely knowledgeable, punctual and fair and all his work is high quality A+++ Always!! You can definitely count on Brian to fairly maintain your spa with the best work and that makes a big difference over the years and he is great to work with-great person! Although it was into the afternoon before we talked, Brian fit me into his schedule on this very short notice. When he showed up at my house, the temperatures had already dropped significantly. Despite the cold temps, Brian went straight to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and technical skill. Although my spa is over 20 years old, Brian was able to diagnose the problem, and get get the heater working again. That was a big deal to me, because I'm convinced the freezing temperatures would have badly damaged my spa.
Description of Work: Brian did emergency repair work on my hot tub. The spa's water heater was not working, and the temperatures were dropping rapidly, with a prediction that they would be well below freezing by nightfall. The problem needed to be fixed ASAP, in order to prevent damage to the spa due to freezing. Compounding the problem, because of another appointment, I was forced to wait to call Brian until after 12 Noon. I left a message for Brian, and he called me back within an hour or so.

He is good and reliable. He did explain what needed to be done and will show you too. I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: He will come every 3 months to service the hot tub. I have had him one time.
