Bottom Lawn Care

We were first quoted a day and a half for the work with dates assigned. Shows up late in afternoon on first day, and was wandering around complaining about 1 guy that was supposed to be there. Worked very slow for 2 hours and lacked comprehension. Showed up late in the day 3 days later (not next day), where this time I wrote down item listing thinking maybe he doesn't understand verbal instructions. No....same problem. Still complaining about 2nd guy not being there. Worked slowly for 2 hours and said he would be out the first thing the next day (Sat). This was troubling as I had a very busy work weekend, and Brad needed babysitting like a complete novice/intern. I called him late that evening after I'd finished work and canceled any further work from him. Send me the bill for the work completed. Which, by the way, the mulch put down against small evergreen trees was stacked high up on the tree bases. Which required us to completely re-do the mulch around the trunks to prevent mold. A very basic tree care skill. Then it was crazy getting a bill from him, even to the point of him apparently sitting outside our house, calling and screaming that we were avoiding him because of cars in the driveway. Uh, yea. We walk the parks right down the street and don't drive the cars there! He should go work for another group and actually learn the skills needed as well as coming with tools to the work site!
