Serious lack of preparation, inability to complete tasks, and lack of basic skills in the profession. (i.e. didn't know how to apply mulch...high mounds right on shrubs and small cedars bases.) Nice person, just didn't know what he was doing nor have correct tools and judgement to be a professional.
