Blue Beetle Pest Control

I have used Blue Beetle for many years going back to when I lived in an apartment. I have never encountered a company that is so good to people, and do such a good job at such a fair price. Every employee I have encountered has been wonderful from on the scene to behind the scenes. Today they actually went down and treated my elderly neighbors house for her at no cost. I couldn't recommend a company more for keeping your home free of rodents and bugs. Thanks a million Blue Beetle and thank you Kenny for all you did including giving me the info I needed.

Finally a company you can count to be professional and trustworthy. Been through a lot of other companies and hands down no substitute. Thanks Blue Beatle!

Was having an issue with mice in our basement laundry room and garage. Blue Beetle sent out B.J., he was very knowledgeable, able to address all my questions. He fixed entry points around the exterior and pointed out areas that would need more extensive work. Problem is gone, definitely recommend using Blue Beetle for your pest control needs.

Fantastic. Troy came to our home and explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. The company provided an environment that told me that they were " happy to have me as their customer." Even sent a card thanking me. I have never seen another company do such a nice an appreciated gesture. I can't believe it took me all those years to find such a 'professional company." Thank you.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't great, we had squirrels in the attic and I reached out to get a second opinion on trapping and repair costs. Having someone come out required a $100 fee, which I was fine with thinking they would then get to work. In the end it took two trips, and many phone calls (due to lack of responsiveness) to find out they wouldn't bid the job and wouldn't refund the truck roll charge (later framed as an inspection fee). If you have a critter problem I'd suggest calling someone else who specializes in this area!

They did a very thorough job. They’re willing to come after the first treatment and do the job, which they didn’t.

From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to work with. The technician arrived on time and did a very good job with the service and inspection. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything.
