Rodney does superb work and is very fair on pricing. He communicated timely and extremely well and gave great advice. He cleaned my concrete block retaining wall and my sidewalks and concrete decks despite the lousy weather. I will hire him again next year to keep his work fresh. Heâ s a pro!

BIC Business Services actually did several things for our home. They power washed/cleaned our driveway, walkway, and sidewalks. They stained and sealed our driveway and walkway; sealed the sidewalk. They also made repairs to our deck. They replaced rotten steps, railings, and a 6 in x 6 in corner post. Their carpenter did a fine job of replicating the same 'sloped' cap design on the new corner post that matched the other corner posts. They also power washed and stained our deck. Rodney (the Owner) was excellent to work with and was very helpful in our decision-making process on each project, such as choosing a stain color. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Rodney was the first contractor to contact me. He was able to come out and complete the job the same day which was greatly appreciated. Rodney was very knowledgeable about the best way to accomplish our needs and explained everything to us. His workmanship was excellent. We would hire him again and in fact, we're waiting for an estimate on deck repair now.

Rodney called and gave me a competitive quote. He was not the lowest but I could tell he really knew his business and he patiently explained the process he would be using on our house. He was very good about staying in communication. He called to apologize and reschedule since the church he was currently working on saw his great work and kept adding on areas for him to clean. He showed up on time, looked over our house, and knew exactly where to start. He was very efficient and as he worked we agreed to add on our two concrete porches (at a very reasonable price). He is a man of faith, who provides the power washing service he says he will, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. I would highly recommend R. Thompson and B.I.C. Business Services as an excellent company that will complete your power washing needs to you satisfaction and I definitely plan to seek him out for my future power washing needs.
