Rodney and his helper took only about two hours to clean my severely stained vinyl siding. A prior service was unable to do this job, leaving stains they claimed uncleanable. Hopefully I wont need BIC for a few years, but they'll be the first I call with a problem.

We have a steel stone coated roof we are very particular about. We noticed mold (in Kansas? how odd) on the outer edges of the roof and decided we wanted to have it cleaned. We searched around and found BIC and found out that mold on any kind of roof is not that unusual and can damage roofs badly. Rodney was very careful to share what he would do for his fee and we decided to have roof and house cleaned with them. Weather did not cooperate, but the contractor made repeated calls to keep us up to date on the timing of the work. The project lasted two days, due to rain delays. We can not be more pleased at the outcome of the work and we think the power washing of the house saved us not only time, but the expense (and garage space) of a power washer we would use infrequently. We recommend all that are concerned with their homes outside appearance to consider BIC for this service - in particular the roof work as we in KS had not heard of the mold issue and were surprised what we see on other houses when we walk the dog in our neighborhood. The roof looks brand new and is protected for another 7-8 years (or longer) thanks to the treatment service BIC provided.
