They are very honest, unlike our prior company. The representative from Best Mortgage had the good faith estimate and the truth-in-lending statement available immediately, whereas I had to go through the Missouri Atty. General to get the same documents from our prior company. Those documents are required by HUD.
Description of Work: Employed them to refinance a bad mortgage I got from Hometown Equity Mortgage.
