 + -1 moreHe had to come out a couple of times. I still keeping my fingers crossed because I am not sure whether they are all gone or not. They came out three times, I think and he said this was going to be it. I am just hoping it is. He says he thinks I have gnats. I still have occasional gnats, I guess it is not the termites. But, before they definitely were termites. These are just a little smaller than the termites and they don't have the same wings as the termites. I think the service was okay.
Description of Work: I used Best for termites and pest control.

 + -1 moreThe technician came out and sprayed for cockroaches. Within 3 days, the bugs were all gone and I haven't seen any since. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed to.

 + -1 moreThe whole affair went very well starting with the initial contact with a effervescent office person, a nice long and educational visit and then an excellent job of getting the job done. Just a little less than a week total from initial contact and final completion. Thanks to everyone at Best!
Description of Work: I recently contacted five termite control companies for a necessary termite eradication and control program at my residence. Best Exterminators was my final choice. Their initial response was very quick with initial contact within a couple of hours and an appointment was made for a visit. Bob Batman showed up in a day or so and did a very through and exhaustive analysis of the property. He explained everything! I learned a lot and, more importantly, everything made sense and fit in with what I learned from other sources. Their pricing was right in line with my other top choice. After a day or so of serious thinking, I called them back and made final arrangements to have the work done. 3 days later, Bob and Dennis showed up and spent 6 exhausting hours treating the exterior perimeter as well as drilling the interior slabs and treating the ground underneath the slabs. They cleaned up everything and the job was done.

 + -1 moreThey are extremely knowledgeable about nature cycles and insect populations. They do a thorough job and they do not have much turnover so you do not need to start over with a new technician and have a different person each time. Depending on what type of winter we have, if there is an insect increase in case of a mild winter, they will come out and deal with them. They treat each property as unique with its own challenges of pest control. They do not use a "one size fits all" type of program.
Description of Work: I am a contract client so they come out quarterly and do pest control for insects and they check the house for pests. They spray all of the entrances and window sills and they sprayed the basement and they will fog the attic once a year for silverfish because I have a wood roof. They also leave bait boxes in the garage for field mice that try to get in the house when the temperature drops.

 + -1 moreThe exterminator developed his own technology to exterminate sliver fish pest. He invented and built a system that sprayed for them in the attic because he had a similar problem. He blasted everything in the interior of attic, which was much more effective than normal bug bomb.

 + -1 moreI switched to them from another large service provider. They are excellent. My house is new so it does not have accumulated problems as old houses have. However, I live in a sub-urban setting so there is a quite of wildlife that attracts bugs and insects. I have spider and June bugs problems. They treat the inside of the house and the foundation. I have a problem with silverfish in May as I have a cinder roof. They fog the attic to remove silverfish. The last time they came, I paid a little more as they had to do additional work. The same person comes always and the price is fair but not a bargain.

 + -1 moreWe usually have the same person come each quarter, so he is familiar with the layout of our house. Our dogs even know him now! He is prompt and professional, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently!
Description of Work: I use them quarterly. We have used them for years and have never had any bug problems. They are friendly and courteous and I can always schedule my appointment time for first thing in the morning so I can get to work. The office staff, as well as the exterminators, are very professional.

Their pricing is very reasonable, even for prevention. They know what they're doing, and they do a great job. They do the outside, too, and they're very customer-oriented.
