We were very happy with the way the work turned out. And appreciated the attention to detail and extra effort the crew went to in satisfying our concerns.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the match of the paint to the color of my siding. The work was performed without any delays. The owner is extremely professional. I would use the company again for exterior painting and would recommend the company to others.

The crew showed up on Monday morning and began powerwashing and scraping the old paint as well as starting to caulk in some areas. Tuesday evening they were almost done completely. They didn't cut any corners, there were 5 guys working on the house the whole time. Doug was very good at helping pick out colors and if there was something I wanted changed, he was very accomodating and quick. They care about their reputation and are very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with how quickleyI would get a call back when I called. I called 2 painter's before him that wouldn't even show up to give me a bid!

They had done the work quickly and efficiently. Their ads had stated that they only did hand brush painting, but they ended up spraying the house. I was very disappointed with that.

Doug Bates runs a very talented crew of painters. They were always on time. They worked hard all day with minimal breaks so the project moved along very quickly (we all know how we want the project done but we don't want workers in our house) In fact I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency with which his team moved. In and out and cleaned up so well you would never have known that there had been a crew of workmen in my house...except for the beautifully painted walls and cabinets that they left behind. I'll never use anybody else.

The painters were always punctual and the work was completed on time. We were home some of the time they were painting and they were extremely neat and clean while working. The job was done great.

It went very smoothly. There were no issues and no surprises. Phone calls were always returned promptly and the crew members were obviously experts on doing a difficult job well.

They completed the initial job in a timely basis. There were some spots that needed follow-up work (color change areas on trim needed additional coats). After some weather and scheduling issues, they returned and addressed all touch up issues. We are particularly pleased with the repair work done on the shake shingle siding.

There is a four year warranty on the paint job. They were very professional. The owner came out every day to see how things were going. He made sure that I was satisfied. There was always a supervisor.

They thoroughly power-washed the exterior and primed the bare wood. They also caulked and sealed where needed. We only had one coat applied to the exterior, and the paint covered nicely. We had two coats applied to the interior. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the staff.

They returned a month later to make sure the windows were not painted shut.

Excellent results. One of the higher estimates for the work, but it was cheap at twice the price. We contracted for the house to be painted prior to the sale of our home. I gave the company very short notice and Doug Bates arranged their schedule to meet our needs. The workman were punctual and diligent every day for the 4 days it took to paint the house. Doug came by every day to make sure we were pleased with the progress and results. The workmen were friendly and responsive to my husband who likes to chat. The foreman also helped my husband to remove a wrought iron post on the porch and replace it with a classy column which was outside the scope of the contract. Repairs were made beautifully and the painting perfect. Care was taken to protect new decking. Our home is now the best-looking house on the block and has great curb appeal. We feel that the increase in market price more than justified the cost.

The scraping, caulking and painting was done well. Clean up of paint scrapings was not done as well as I wished. However, they probably cleaned up as well as most other painters.

Fantastic company to work with. The owner, Doug, helped us pick the perfect colors for the house. His artistic eye really shines on this project. They did an outstanding job of the prep work. All phone calls were answered in a timely fashion. The work crews were very professionally. They did a good job each day of cleaning up. All went very well and I am completely satisfied.

They were always on time. Their work was very neat.

They showed up when they said they would. They are very wonderful to deal with. They suggested that if my windows were stuck in the spring from the fresh paint they would come out and open the windows for me, at no charge to me. He always called me back. The work was well worth the money.

The company was accommodating when we wanted to use a paint brand other than their usual one. The painters did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. They always returned our calls promptly and kept us informed on their progress.

DOUG BATES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS QUICK TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. AFTER HIRING HIS COMPANY, HE WAS QUICK TO FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY HOUSE, AND WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. DOUG CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, AFTER THE CREW WAS DONE, AND TOOK CARE OF A COUPLE OF SMALL TOUCH UPS AND LEFT ME WITH THE LEFTOVER PAINT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID, AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
