Brian was excellent and worked quickly and efficiently. He did all of that work including running a new line to the kitchen which entailed going around two thirds of the basement because of a ceiling in a downstairs family room. His prices were much more reasonable than another electrician who quoted the work at @$800 dollars.

The price I paid was quite reasonable. I thought that he was very good. He also knew about other things and was quite willing to answer questions about any area of his expertise.

They did a wonderful job and they did it efficiently. The owner came out to do the work and his name is Brian. He understood what had to be done and explained me what he was doing.

We found Brian on Angie's List and we are sold on him. He is the perfect electrician. He returns phone calls promptly. His pricing is fair and reasonable. Every job he's done has been done perfectly with no problems, whatsoever.

When I turned on the light, the dimmer switch "blew out" (with much sparking, flashing, and an awful smell.) I was afraid that something might be burning inside the wall! I called Brian who assured me that those things were normal when a dimmer switch goes out. He said to be sure that the switch was off, and everything should be all right until he could replace it. When he came, he checked that this was the only problem, and had it replaced quickly. He explained that the type of switch I had previously was not as reliable as the different type that he installed.

I contacted Brian for estimates. We scheduled an appointment and he never showed up or called. I called and left a voicemail which he did return later that day. He apologized for missing our appt. & explained he got in a job that was difficult. We scheduled another appt. for Tuesday. He called me on Tuesday apologizing again that he had to cancel due to this job being difficult. He then offered to come out later in the week and promised he would call me. I never heard back from him and hired a different electrician who got the money Brian could have.

He did everything very well. I especially liked that, as he was doing what we had called him for, he noticed other things that were not working right. After calling these to our attention, he quickly repaired whatever we asked him to.

Good work done and in a timely manner.

While Brian is very busy and sometimes hard to track down, he came to our house on Christmas Eve day to install this fixture because he knew I was having guests the next day and really wanted it in by then. And, he didnt charge extra for doing that!

I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH SUCH A KIND, HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND FABULOUS SERVICE. I HAVE HAD MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AND THIS COMPANY RESTORED MY FAITH IN HOME REPAIRS. I WISH I COULD CALL THEM FOR EVERYTHING.
