I waited two weeks after meeting with him and hadn't received a bid. I emailed him again and he said he sent it, but would resend. I never got the second email either and all calls and emails went unanswered. I ended up having to find another landscaper, which caused my timeline to put on the market off by over a month.

That was good. They did what I paid for.

Before he started the work Kyle noted that my yard was bigger than the deal covered, he said he would do the work for an additional $25 per application. He has done three applications in two trips. I received a bill for a new year's worth of services with his company before he completed the final three applications. He is now claiming that the six applications that were paid for are covered under three applications because of the size of my yard. I have not paid the additional $25 per application yet, because I was never billed for them, but I am willing to do so in order to get the six full treatments to my yard. I reached out to Kyle with questions about our agreement, and it's now been over two weeks without any sort of response!

Work was done quickly and the sprinkler system used is far superior to the typical rain bird system everyone else uses.

Kyle was very knowledgeable on the Hunter products, they actually gave us a design of where all the sprinkler heads were going to be in the yard as well as where all the pipes would be (no other company did that). Their price with all the extras we received were still around all the other estimates we had gotten. Not only did they put the sprinklers in, we had been wanting a new patio for some time and they were able to add that to our estimate and got it completed the same time as the sprinklers. It turned out absolutely perfect and we love to entertain on it! Would really recommend them to anyone looking for either sprinkler work, or landscaping.

They were very professional and got us the newest products that were not offered by other contractors. They were kind enough to walk us through how the sprinklers work and how to use the controller. Would highly recommend ProLawn!

They have maintained my lawn for the past 3 years. And I have been very pleased with their work. They have cut the lawn on a weekly basis to the proper height for lawn health. Since they have been maintaining my lawn it has grown thicker. I also have had them do fall clean up of leaves. I plan to use them this spring to do some landscaping around my house.

It went great great. Their design was the same as what it looks like. They were very helpful in helping us decide what plants would look good and require minimal maintenance. Very satisfied!
