I received the bid the owner is very knowledgeable about trees. The next day they had a cancellation and showed up and did the job. These guys were amazing. They were done around two hours. They have huge trucks they were able to do the job fast..they cleaned up after themselves. My trees look amazing

Don Hendrickson and his crew did a really good job. I never actually met him. I called orginally to have a fallen tree from the winter snowstorm removed, but my neighbor came over and helped me with that. So when I called to cancel with Arbor Care, Don said I could still use some tree work, and I said I could but I didn't want to necessarily have it done right then. He assured me it wouldn't cost that much and he described the work that he would recommend I do. He called me about a day or two after we talked on the phone and said he'd had some free time in his schedule and had done the work! When he told me the price, I was surprised because it was a LOT more than he had lead me to believe. I told him as much, but he replied that when he got into it, it took longer than he thought. He sent me photos of the work. As I said, they did a good job and my trees look much better. They took everything away and cleaned up and returned to grind the stumps with no problem. The only thing I was unhappy about was the price and the feeling I had that I had been a little mislead about how much it would be (which is why I agreed to let him do it). And the work was quickly done so I couldn't change my mind or get other bids. My advice is to get a quote in writing before you agree to have any work done.
