Description of Work: I needed professional information quickly on an electrical issue in a house I was looking at and was given Jeff's name as a long time home inspector and past electrician. He provided me with accurate and unbiased information and I was very pleased I talked to him. I ended up not proceeding with the transaction, but would be happy to use his service in the future or refer him to others.

 + -1 moreMr. Bey took copious notes throughout the house and pictures to back up his notes. The process took a little over two hours. After he finished his inspection we sat down and he went through his notes and pictures with me explaining the good and bad aspects of the home. If I wanted additional explanation we went to the sight and Mr. Bey took the time to help me understand. Within 3 days I had a 40 page report complete with pictures detailing everything he had told me.
Description of Work: Complete evaluation of the overall condition of the property.
