He completed the roof, but didn't put the vents for the hot water heater or furnace in. He talked me out of re-building the chimney. I have had to keep a sheet over our fireplace to keep the fumes from entering the house. He also did some work on our porch, but never finished. He was doing work on the inside of the house to remove mold and fix the water damage. It seemed like they were doing the work, but they just kept dragging-on and asking for more money. He used about $35,000 of our insurance money. After speaking with our lawyer, he advised us that we needed to find someone else to do the job, since he was taking our money and wasn't doing good work. I ended-up having to pay for the rest of the repairs, as our insurance company, Allstate, wouldn't pay for anything additional. They weren't willing to help out further regarding the situation. I wouldn't want anyone to get involved with him. He really took advantage of me and my situation.
