We are so pleased with Dave’s work! Dave was most importantly, easy to communicate with, transparent and honest from the beginning all the way through to the end of the project. Dave and his subs were all respectful and did excellent work. Dave has a great eye for the finer details and their quality. My basement is transformed from a dark, creepy place that nobody wanted to be in, to a modern, bright and comfortable place for our family to spend time. I would hire again and recommend to everyone. I contracted with American Construction and Remodeling for a basement finishing project. The project involved moving the bathroom plumbing to a new location, installing a new window, and finishing about 1500 square feet. I talked with 4 companies to get an estimate and American Construction not only gave me the cheapest quote but was also the most responsive from the very beginning. I signed with them and the project went great. Communication was excellent. Every day I knew what was going on that day and planned for the week. Their work is top notch. Dave, the owner, is very detail oriented and will make make sure ever thing is addressed nomatter how minor. Dave was also very helpful advising me on fixtures. I am very happy with the final result. I have more renovation work planned and American Construction and Remodeling will be the only company I work with from here on out.

David and his crew was amazing from the start to finish. They are very meticulous and informative through the whole process. And I highly recommend them.

The company did several jobs for me. As a repeted client, the company gave me a discount every time. We appreciated very much the quality of work performed. The project was done on contract and all the work was performed as per written contract. Whenever something else came up, we always had a conversation about it and an addendum to the contract was written before resolving the issu.
