Great job and was flexible. Half way through the project we up'd and sold increasing their schedule and Dave worked with us and completed everything in time. Would highly recommend.

I contracted with American Construction and Remodeling for a basement finishing project. The project involved moving the bathroom plumbing to a new location, installing a new window, and finishing about 1500 square feet. I talked with 4 companies to get an estimate and American Construction not only gave me the cheapest quote but was also the most responsive from the very beginning. I signed with them and the project went great. Communication was excellent. Every day I knew what was going on that day and planned for the week. Their work is top notch. Dave, the owner, is very detail oriented and will make make sure ever thing is addressed nomatter how minor. Dave was also very helpful advising me on fixtures. I am very happy with the final result. I have more renovation work planned and American Construction and Remodeling will be the only company I work with from here on out.

David and his crew was amazing from the start to finish. They are very meticulous and informative through the whole process. And I highly recommend them.

The company did several jobs for me. As a repeted client, the company gave me a discount every time. We appreciated very much the quality of work performed. The project was done on contract and all the work was performed as per written contract. Whenever something else came up, we always had a conversation about it and an addendum to the contract was written before resolving the issu.

David is the owner. He not only supervised, but he also did actual, manual work. Everything turned out very nice, and we were very happy. We would most definitely hire him and his company again.
