I called to get an estimate to repair a leak in the middle of the basement. It has been a while so I do not recall the name of the gentleman who came out. He called before the appointed time and said he could get out an hour earlier if that would work. That was acceptable. He showed up about 5 minutes before the new appointment time. I showed him where the water was coming in and we walked around the house to determine where it might be coming from. He told me that he could not be sure where exactly the water was coming from without doing a lot of exploratory work. He made several suggestions that I could do that might take care of the problem (filling cracks in the sidewalk, fixing the slope from the house, replacing the gutters). If those preventative steps do not resolve the situation I will definitely call All Seasons to again.
Description of Work: Our basement has been leaking after major rains and I was wanting to get it fixed.

I called All Seasons Foundation Repair for a quote. They came to my house, reviewed the basement walls, discussed their solution and presented me with a quote within 24 hours. I was on a tight timeframe since the house was under contract and the repairs needed to be made before closing. Ron and I agreed upon a date for the work to be done. Ron called me at the beginning of the week that the work was to happen to let me know that everything was on Track. He called again the evening before the work started to again let me know that he would be at the house the next morning. Ron and his team came when they said they would, did the work in a very professional manner, and cleaned up after themselves well. They had mixed up a little more concrete than necessary to do the job and, with my okay, he and his team spent time using this extra concrete to fix some cracks in my garage floor and front sidewalk. Also while he was there, Ron walked around the house and gave me his opinion on the drainage . Ron Deluca and All Season's Foundation Repair did a great job, provided good value and I can whole heartedly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: The back basement wall needed to be braced with I-beams every 6 feet because it was no longer perpendicular to the ground.

Ron was very responsive both times we work with him. Showed up when he said he would for both the initial estimate and the time the work was performed. Ron also regraded the side of the yard to improve the overall drainage. This work has been effective both times. One repair included a point and tuck repair and one involved an external seal. He does great work and is very easy to work with.
Description of Work: We had leaks in our basement from cracks. This is the second home that has had small cracks along the foundation that leaked water. Ron has fixed both houses.

He did a terrific job. He was there when he said he was. Called us when he was ready to start, we didn't have to pay in advance. He went above and beyond, didn't charges us for every little thing. They did a great job cleaning up after. It was great and done so well that the next people that looked at the house put in an offer! Everyone was real happy with the work.

I called Ron to ask for recommendations and an estimate on a persistent basement leakage problem that another service provider failed to fully resolve. Ron came out promptly and spent about 30 minutes giving me detailed recommendations. He did not recommend that I engage his services right away, because he concentrates on indoor work, and he believed we needed outdoor drainage work first. I appreciated his responsiveness and his honesty.

I let him have the bigger job even though he was higher than some other providers I had quote on the job because he said that he would take care of the small one as well. Up until the check cleared for the big job he was very adamant about getting the small job finished and after that he kept giving excuse after excuse and now the work patio removal still hasn't been done. He gave me a few referrals of other people who could do the job but none of them were willing to actually do the work so I am still stuck. I would still like him to do this job, since he has promised to do it for me as he already has the equipment to do the job.
Description of Work: I had him work on a bigger foundation job and part of our agreement was that he would also work on a smaller job for me (this included the removal of a patio) and then I would pay him again for that.

My mom has had a leaky basement for years, and had never had anything done to fix the cause of the leaks. Although the weather is pretty bleak and cold right now I knew something had to be done to “cure” the problem. With spring, and the soaking rains that we have in Missouri in mind, I decided to contact a firm about putting a sump pump in the basement. I started my search for a contractor, looking at the BBB website and on Angie’s List. Angie’s List was very helpful in giving me access to some businesses in the area with some recommendations to go with them. I decided to give All Seasons Foundation Repair a call. They had some good feedback from previous clients, and they were rated A+ with the BBB, and also an A on Angie’s list. Ron DeLucca, owner of the firm, spoke on the phone with me, and agreed to come and do an inspection of the job the very next day. He was prompt, and did the inspection. He gave me a quote not only on the sump installation, but also a drain along the front wall of the house, to ease the pressure of the water during rains, and channel it into the sump. He told me I will never have a water problem along that front wall again. He gave me a quote of less than $2500.00 for the completion of the job. He told me it would take only two days. The only thing we had to do was tear the sheetrock off the wall, which was not hard, and the sheetrock was ruined anyway. I hired Ronnie to do the job . He and his crew showed up as scheduled. They jackhammered out a drain all along the front wall, as promised. And put in a sump well and sump pump. They put the drain pipe in, filled the trench with gravel, and repaired the concrete over the drain. And he gave me the work that he promised, in the time frame he promised. It looks great! And they cleaned the property of all debris from the job with no extra charges. I will have to wait until a really soaking rain next spring, to see Ron’s work in action. I won’t know until then if it will cure the whole basement problem. But I am pretty certain, because Ron promised, that the front wall will be dry, and that I will be really excited to have the water pumping out, and not flooding the basement. When that day comes, I will be really happy that I called Ron DeLucca.

After an Engineer's review and recommendation, I contacted 4 contractors. All give bids for basically the same fix. Those bids ranged from $1150 - $2200. All Seasons was not the low bidder, but I liked Ron's presentation. I did ask him to come down on the price to be in line with some of the other bidders. We agreed on a date for repairs. He and his crew were on time and began the work immediately. It only took 4 hours for his crew to complete the repairs. He left the area clean. He also gave me suggestions to keep water away from the foundation and basement. Because it was a finished basement, I agreed to tear the wall down so that he would have a clean wall to work with. I will now have to rebuild the wall and refinish the basement. I was very pleased the work Ron did. I would use him again and would recommend him.

The person who came out was willing to come out to meet me at the house that I was purchasing, was very professional, all around nice guy, very knowledgeable, polite, overwhelming, and he explained to me what the issue was and how it can be resolved in a cost-effective manner. His estimate was relatively low. I will use them in the future.

Great from start to finish! Ron did what he said he would do, in the time he said he would do it, and left the place immaculate when the job was finished!
Description of Work: We had water seeping into the basement of our 130 year old victorian. The basement walls weren't that old, but most likely restructured in the 1970's (our best guess). Every time we have a big snow melt, and/or rain (as we did at the first of March 2013) we get water seeping into most of the basement. We want to build out the basement to make a small apartment for Grammy (me!), so we had to first address the water issue. Ron came out to Cameron, MO (1 hr north of KC) and spent time measuring, explaining what he would do, then gave his bid. After reading the other reviews here, I decided to use Ron. He started and finished the job exactly when he said he would. They dug out the concrete all around the perimeter of the pasement and hauled out the concrete by the buckets-full. Then they put in foundational rock, drainage piping and a new sump pump to collect and remove water from 2 walls. On another wall we already had a sump pump, so they dug the length of the wall and ran the drainage piping to that sump pump. They re-concreted over the installed piping, and did a great job. The place was completely clean when they left. Also, because of the melting snow right now, the sump pump was starting to accumulate a small amount of water in it within a couple of hours of being installed! I am very pleased with Ron's work ethic, the way they came each day and worked all day until our job was done...no work one day then not come back for a couple of days, etc. We have another Angie's List contractor starting our basement build-out tomorrow. We will go from cinderblock walls and cement floor, to finished apartment for Grammy! Thank you to the previous members of Angie's List for your honest reviews of Ron and his work. He is the first referral I have used from your references, and look forward to working with our contractor who is starting tomorrow! I highly recommend Ron Deluca if you need any kind of basement water issues addressed.

When I spoke to Ron DeLuca on the phone, he said that he didn't think I needed the kind of services that he could offer. He suggested that I get a structural engineer to evaluate the problems I was seeing. I asked him if he knew any structural engineers and he suggested David Dorau of Norton & Schmidt. This recommendation turned out to be a good one.

I felt compelled to write a review of All Seasons Foundation Repair and Waterproofing because of the quality of service Ron provided my son and his family. They had recently been scammed by a guy claiming to be a foundation repair expert. He took their money, did minimal work and actually caused more damage to their foundation than there was initially. All Seasons was recommended to my son and he was very impressed with the stellar track record. Ron came over, assessed the situation and gave them a quote on the spot for the needed work as per the structural engineer's specifications they had hired a while back. He asked for no money down and that payment would be made upon completion of the work. He showed up on time the day he said he'd start and worked nonstop until the job was done. He even cleaned up and hauled away the mess left by the previous fraudulent contractor. He followed up with my son for up to a month to see if he was still satisfied by the work. I know my son was relieved to have such a positive, professional and honest experience with Ron. My son and myself would recommend Ron of Four Seasons Foundation Repair and Waterproofing without hesitation. Keep up the great work!

Honesty and Integrity--A great company! Ron was the only person who recommended exactly what two different structural engineers recommended us to do to our foundation wall. We had a number of other companies quote the job and got a lot of different recommendations, some costing as much as $20,000. Ron was the ONLY person who gave us the right recommendation and not try to sell us an expensive job. He was thorough and helpful. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation work done. Thanks, Ron!
Description of Work: We hired Ron to fix a foundation wall. He installed i-beams to support our foundation wall from moving any further. He had to jack-hammer the beams through our concrete floor and also attach them to the floor joists above. He also sealed cracks and added fill dirt around our home to improve drainage.

The owner is Ron Duluca. Two walls of my basement had cracked and were moving inwards at a corner and were moving inwards. I had a structural engineer report. Mr. Duluca came in and coordinated with the engineer to make sure the work was done accordingly and that was one thing I appreciated. He is also going to remove some brick and add some dirt to the wall to improve the grade of the house and keep it from being a problem in the future. He cleaned up after himself everyday and is finishing the work on time. My house is up for sale, so while people were looking at the house, he stopped his workers and stepped out of the way. There was an additional expense, but he gave me a discount on it and I thing his prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: All Seasons Foundation Repair and Water Proofing is presently working at the house.
