Our experience was great. They showed up on time and our move was done in 2 hours. None of our household goods were damaged.

I was happily surprised by the efficiency of the move. Caesar and his team were fast, polite, me careful with our belongings.

The driver had talked to me about paying them money. After the move saying they would need at least $100.00 or what I could give and that would move my items the more money I would give the better they will do handle my items... I would not use your company ever again unless you the owner come with to make sure things get done....... You had moved my daughter and I was impressed with the service but you the owner was there and it went smoothly........ sorry for the bad service and..... I paid over $500.00 dollars the Guy wanna get more money out of people so I would have paid over $900.00 if I would have given them extra money... I feel you need to know what kind of people you have working for you......

The movers accidentally dropped a sofa on the hardwood flooring in our new house resulting in damage in multiple areas in our entryway. I was told that they would take care of the damage and well here I am now 4 weeks out and zero progress. I turned in an insurance claim and getting the runaround. All My Sons sent me a release for $100 for a release of all claims, which is absurd. Cannot get anyone in their claims department to respond via phone or email. Something so simple has turned into a mess.

This is the worst company in Kansas City. They have false reviews for themselves all over the place. If you have used them and you are reading this, you already know that is true. If you considering using them, please look at actual reviews.

Good experience

We moved out of the house 9 mo. ago, I wanted a mover to move several pieces of furniture and boxes to storage, so I can sell the house. Two men showed up with a truck, on time (after going to the wrong house on the next street). I showed them what I wanted moved, they told me that they could not move open boxes, that the house smelled (it does) and was too dusty (it is) and that they could not do the job. One said he had a "compromised immune system". The other asked if I was a good "tipper". I told them that I planned on $20.00 each, they looked at each other and said they would do it for $100.00 each. At that point I told them to forget it and to leave. I still have not received a refund of my deposit on my credit card after 3 weeks. I did get the furniture and boxes moved, my daughter called a couple of friends, I rented a truck, and we moved everything in about 2 hours and I paid her friends.

The movers arrived and told us they expected $50- $100 tip per person times 3 for moving 2 beds, a sofa, and love seat, less than an hour of labor. The office said there was nothing they could do about that. We felt swindled and with little choice as we needed them to move the items. I would NOT recommend this company.

They were very sloppy I had lots of damage including damage to the handrails in the home and the woodwork and they are not customer friendly I would not recommend them to anybody

They were nice when they wanted to GET our business and after paying a deposit, they were HORRIBLE! They changed the price on us several times after picking up our furniture. Refused to take our furniture OFF the truck until we paid the HUGE increase in price. They were not careful with our furniture and when they broke glass our of our antique china cabinet they said they would have someone out the next day, Been a week, and still no contact. They also scratched our new flooring among other issues and still have not heard from them after us contacting them several times. They charged about $500.00 over what initially was quoted although they TRIED charging us TWICE the price at first. We would NEVER recommend this company again and since they were recommended by another similar review and contractor website. I do not know that I will go to that website again.

They were awesome! If I ever have to move again I will be looking them up!

Was given the impression the total price would be $450to move 7 pieces of furniture from my living room to the garage & back a week later. Upon arrival said they would over $200 more plus my $250 deposit & then a min. Of $375 to move it back. Felt miss led & told them to forget about it. They left & kept my deposit. Had about 10 pages on an I-pad that I initialed on every contingency that I sighened without reading before they mentioned what seemed to me to be a change in the money as I had understood. Interest that this happened on Veterans Day to an 80 year old veteran.

I hired All My Sons to move several large kitchen cabinets from the Habitat Restore to my house. The two movers didn't have the strength or equipment necessary to move the larger pieces. They didnt use moving blankets or even tape cabinet doors that had leaded glass inserts closed. The bottom of one cabinet was scratched and trim pulled off of it when the movers were dragging it across my driveway. A cabinet door flew open and hit the ground while they were carrying another cabinet. The wooden part of that door broke but, fortunately,the leaded glass insert did not break.

Broke a drawer, cannot locate items that were in the drawer Did not put boxes where they were labeled to go Very nice when wanting your business....afterwards, never hear back from them... Would NOT recommend...

They showed up, worked hard, and got my stuff moved. Was it 100% perfect? No, but anything nicked or dinged has been very minor and not been worth reporting (so far!). They were very careful.

They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They accommodated some last minute changes that I requested too. Everything moved well, not a scratch.

Do not hire them. There are too many things to list that we are unhappy with, but here are a few: showed up late, tracked mud and dirt into the pickup and drop off locations, either damaged or broke many of our items, charged us about double what we were quoted and thought was reasonable, and did not even finish the job (left beds apart, did not re-attach a mirror on a dresser).

Estimator under budgeted time requirement and supplies requirement. They showed up two hours late without calling and the delay meant we had to cancel the buyers walk-through and our walk-through on our new house. They didn't have enough blankets or boxes for my belongings. They were supposed to pack the kitchen but dumped my spices and misc on the top of the boxes and everything was covered in salt and misc spice. My china bowls were packed all together with no paper between the bowls. My art work were wrapped two or three together and the frames sustained horribly noticeable scratches. When it got late, they put our garage shelves on without breaking them down. This filled the back of the truck so they said ;out of room and left. They left behind lamps, a Christmas tree and a lot of other misc stuff. It was a nightmare. We were at the house until midnight moving things to our neighbors and had to come back the next day with a trailer ourselves.

The crew that moved all my belongings from our 26' rental truck into my house was professional, efficient and careful. They did a first-rate job, first laying down protective paper, etc. so the floors and walls would not get damaged. They put everything in it's place, helped set up the TV, set up the beds, etc. The men were courteous and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before fully explaining the billing and going through the payment process. The only reason I gave them only 4 stars on value was because even though the work was excellent, I really thought the final bill was a little high (though not unexpected). The company that loaded the truck was much less expensive, however, that was a different state and admittedly, they were not as professional.
