Excellent job - quality moving staff. Personal and timely

Guys were friendly and helpful. The had to pack some valuable artwork and is a great job. They followed my directions. They all had a sense of humor and worked quickly and efficiently.

Horrible company, jacked up fee half way through emptying their truck. When I complained, Matt, owner/manager started swearing at me and later hung up on me. Moving staff half way through moving my stuff stopped and attempted to take my belongings away. When I tried to stop them, all three movers assaulted me and threatened to kill me. I had to call the police on them. After police arrived, they delivered the remaining items. I should have read the 1.4 star review before deciding to call these crooks. Do NOT trust this company, if you give them your business, you will regret it fast. If you care about your SAFETY and wish to live another day, WATCH OUT!

I have used several different moving companies over the years. The professionalism, attention to detail, and the value I feel I received for my money exceeded my expectations. Their communication was transparent, honest, and helpful and turned what could of been a stressful expeirence into a great one. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of moving services.

A terrible experience overall we moved in June, and the move was a total disaster, they did not show up the day they were supposed to, there was no notification, and I was on the phone for an entire day before anyone got back to me, I can go on, but not much new to add just see the extremely poor reviews on this company and they are fairly consistent in the message lots of last minute cancellations, no notification, very poor customer service, once you sign off on the contract you will have a VERY hard time reaching anyone at the office that can tell you (or have ownership) of the details on your move, and once you have a contract with them they will ensure they get full payment since they have your goods as collateral. After the disastrous move, they got to our new house and halfway through STOPPED, then asked for payment, and ONLY AFTER I made the payment, did they continue unloading my stuff. Do yourself a favor and get another mover â Moving is extremely stressful â you do not need to make it anymore by intentionally picking a bad moving company. Beware the sales rep who comes to your home for the estimate VERY professional and terrific service and you think you are getting a good company. Once you sign up, there is almost no ownership from the company on the hand-off. Jim Pennington is the owner of the Kansas City branch of All My Sons one of the least professional people I have ever come across. He promised me on a phone call that he would call back and ensure I got a discount or something to take care of the terrible move. No word after he called and said he would be back with more information. All My Sons has a very effective marketing message tons about customer service, tons about the customer in the center of everything â but once you sign with them, you will realize a lot of it is false marketing.

Michael Warren and his crew (Noah and Emmit) moved us today during a down pour and they did a fine job. They were professional, polite and personable, and handled each of our possessions with care. I would gladly recommend All My Sons (and especially Michael Warren and his crew) to anyone who needs assistance moving.

This was the worst moving experience I can possibly imagine. The movers were incredibly slow and got almost nothing done. They were unable to fit a sofa into the basement and just left it outside in the backyard without even telling me. I had deck chairs that needed to be moved to the backyard. They brought the chairs into my living room and then said they did not have time to move them. They're quite heavy and so I'm forced to look at them until I can hire other movers. I called to complain and was treated so poorly. I was told that they would never do such a thing and basically called a liar. They refused to credit me any money back or have someone come out and complete the move. This whole experience was so bad that I feel like someone's playing a prank on me.

They were on time and they took care of our belongs, Used pads and shrink wrap protected everything.

They were polite. We did not know how bad it was till after they left. Two of our bedroom pieces were broken. The headboard on one of the beds was put on backwards. Our king size bed collapsed the second night we slept in it. None of the screws had been tightened. There was $160.00 missing from my purse. I called and told the supervisor about it and all he said was that he had not had any complaints before about that crew. Never heard another word from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very careless crew.

We had two crews. The first crew were polite and had working, but they broke one sofa and a chest without telling us. The second crew was lazy and rude. I will never hire this company again.
