Great service, quick bid, flexible on reworking bid when our desired scope of work changed, work was performed on schedule and quality of work seems to be good.

I called for a quote and it was provided within a couple of days. The owner answered all my questions and I scheduled the installation. He told me that it would be more than a month out, and that he would get in touch a few days before. About 5 weeks later, he called to schedule and dropped off color swatches that same day. We walked around my house and discussed the different color options. Two days later, they were onsite and finished in about 4 hours. The owner explained that they cracked some of my siding pieces, and offered me a credit so I could have them replaced. I did find some very long nails in my yard, and discovered that I couldn't get out the back door because my screen door hit the new, lower gutters. They came back out within a few days and put a smaller gutter on the back of the house so the door would have more clearance. FYI, The owner told me that he bought this business about a year ago. I was pleased with the overall experience and I would hire them again.

First rate. Accurate diagnosis of problem. Custom gutter extension added along with a couple of diverters and an additional downspout. Installation of additional components was discrete and didn’t draw attention to itself. We had a heavy rain after the work was completed, and the problem gutter worked perfectly.

The job went very well. We had to wait about six weeks for install because they were busy, but it was worth the wait. I would hire Mark again in a second, and his crew did a great job.

We were very happy with the entire process. Mark was fantastic to work with. He was pleasant, genuine, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. The work was completed as presented with quality workmanship. We have had a lot of work done on our renovation project and this company was one of, if not, the best we have worked with. Would 100% recommend!

Bid was never completed. Explanation was there was an unclear path on how best to conduct the work, unsure what would resolve the issue of gutters not capturing the water. For a service that has received such high ratings, I was expecting a depth of knowledge that was not evident. Lost valuable time in completing project. If your job is not a run of the mill gutter job, I would recommend starting elsewhere.

Perfect. I called Mark to obtain an estimate. Since I had been shopping for gutters, I had a good idea of what I wanted. Mark was agreeable to provide me an estimate without me taking time off at work. While he was not the cheapest, I was confident that he could perform the work so we scheduled it. About 3 weeks later, Mark and his crew (these guys are not subs. - they are legitimate), installed the gutters in about 4 hours. Mark was on the job site the entire time. They cleaned up their mess too. The next day we had about 1 inch of rain and the gutters were flawless; no more water behind the drip rail and gutter edge.

I called after hours, expecting to leave a message. Instead, the owner took my call and was lovely--told me that they were too backed up to take on any additional business at this time but recommended another business that he said should be able to get to the job faster, and perhaps at a lower cost. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was super responsive to my calls, honest about what needed to be done vs what could stay and the price was less than I was expecting. I had water leaking in the basement and putting new gutters on solved all of it! I can't recommend All American Gutters more, they were fantastic!

Everything went well and as planned.

Almost three years later not one issue with waters dripping down the side of our house as it did with previous gutters. The simple leaf guard system they installed worked perfectly. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly.

Professional organization and they were extremely quick. In addition to the gutters, they did some wood rot repair and paint touchup. They gave me an estimate that was comprehensive with several options. I would definitely use them again - top rated company.

They did a fantastic job! The owner Mark was very responsive and was even reachable the weekend before my project started when I realized I couldn't find the paint color I used previously. He went out of his way to drop the samples by my house the next day so I could figure out the paint color I wanted. My gutters were very old so there were some areas that the new gutters needed to be routed differently. Each time they stopped and discussed with me before making any changes. We are very happy with the end result and would have done this project sooner if we knew what great results we would have. It rained like crazy for the last two weeks here and for the first time since I have lived in this house (17 years).......not a drop in the basement.

I absolutely loved the work they did. I recommended them to my daughter. They were just amazing. They fixed all of the problem we were having. I was impressed with them. I was surprised that the price was a low as it was. The only thing was that he was really hard to get and we had to wait a while before he could come out. It was a really rainy year the year we had them out. He told me right up front that it was going to be a wait. He turned out to be well worth the wait. He seemed like to me he was really good. We were really happy with them. He was very responsive. He came out and look at it right after I called him. He did tell us it was going to be a while before he could get out here. We also had the stainless steel micro mesh put on all the rest of the gutters. We have a River Burch tree that just drops all kinds of stuff into the gutters so we were always having clogged gutters. We are really high, I mean it's a 2 story but we are on a hill, so one side of the house is almost like 3 stories. And that, of course, that was the gutter we were having the most problems with and he just fixed everything. It was pulling away from the fascia board. It looked like it was going to be a huge repair job so I was really relieved by the price. But he did a really nice job. The mesh screen worked great. We haven't had any clogging in the guttering which is nice because neither my husband or I are going to get on a ladder and clean them. I was extremely happy with them. If I save the receipt it is because I would use them again or I would recommend them. He told it was going to be a wait because he was really busy that year. He was honest upfront and we decided to wait. Very professional. I couldn't have been happier with them.

Two years later this is a follow-up review. Every day I look at the quality of the work and the gutters All American Gutter did back in 2017. We have since experienced torrential rains both the Spring and Fall. This summer (2019) has even gotten into the act. They did great. They did a great job. Mark was wonderful, he was so kind. The staff was really great, they were very efficient. They were very professorial and friendly. It was a great experience.

The service was great. The cost was over a thousand. I would describe my experience as great service and I would do business with them again.

Terrific! The process was simple and effective. We visited about the project via texting and Angie's List messaging. Mark inspected our gutters and provided me with his recommendation. While I was expecting to replace everything, he recommended replacement and enlarging the rear gutters due to the roof area drained, and simply correcting the slope of some of the front gutters. They got us on their calendar a day after I agreed to the scope of work. The only sign they were there was the new gutter and down spout installed in the rear of the house. They even send pictures when they were done. I would absolutely recommend them and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

The work was performed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Mark McCumber was the contact with whom I worked. The repair was for $350 and the cleanout and installation of gutter guard was for $270.

Mark came through on short-notice so I could get an appraisal completed. The job was done the day after I met him. Can't recommend All American Gutter more.
