All American Gutter

My house was damaged by the hail storm in April 2011. Among other things the roof had to be replaced. The roofers chose to use the gutters as catwalks. Needless to say, this bent the gutters, and made them sag and pull away from the house. The roofing company agreed to deduct the cost of new gutters from their bill. As I normally do, I got three estimates for the gutter repairs. All American Gutter was the lowest estimate, and I liked the information Patrick gave me. I upgraded from 4" gutters to 6" gutters, and larger down spouts. These guys are easy to work with, accomodating and professional. During the replacement of the gutters there was a significant problem with the sofit. Patrick and his crew had a plan and equipment to fix it. These guys went over and above and the overall quality of the work is great. I will never hesitate to use or recommend others use All American Gutters. Thanks guys you are awesome!

Patrick was most professional and was prompt getting back with me and setting me the estimate. He was very fair with his estimate and was very explanatory. I think it is going to be somewhere in the $800 to $900 range; the price is very hard to judge without having other people actually perform the service, but I think it is fair for the work. The workers are fine. They are working away and not cursing, not that I care if they are cursing or not, but they seem just to be doing their job. I have no complications with them, and everything is looking okay. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Very positive experience. They were willing to remove old gutters and allow time to get the facia painted before installing the new gutters. Then, I changed my mind about the color of the downstpouts at the last minute, and they still were able to make the color adjustment with no problem and no additional time or money. I also added more gutter covers than originally planned, and they did a really nice job with the install. The new gutters look great and add to the overall look of the house exterior. Would recommend to others.

It went great. The work was for my mother's house and Patrick was very responsive to my phone calls and scheduling the estimate which was originally for repairs but he told me I would be better off with new larger gutters and downspouts and that I would be surprised at the price for same. I was surprised ($585.00) and I told him to do the work. It comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty. Patrick said the work would probably be done the next week but called sooner (3 days later) and the job was well done in an afternoon. I was glad it was done so quickly because the basement would get damp after torrential rains and it hadn't rained that week yet. I believe these new gutters and downspouts will help that problem. He also told me to cover the windowells and if I would get the covers, he would install them when he came, which he did. They were careful, neat and hauled all the old pieces and trash away. I was very happy and I would definitely use him again. I got the reference from Angie's List member reports and saw that others with damp basements had been helped by the new guttering.

We got three estimates and only one company would bury the downspouts into a corrugated drain-tile to get the water away from the house and that was All American Gutter. We are very glad we found Patrick with All American Gutter. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we are glad we went with his suggestions, especially on the size of the gutters which was six inch, and we are also glad we got the Rhino Gutter Guards installed because of the trees around our house. Shortly after our gutters were installed, we had the heavy torential downpours twice in a threeday period and the gutters performed exceptionally well. Normally, we would have had water running all through our basement. This corrected the problem. I would also like to say that Patrick followed up with us after we contacted him and after the work was done. He knew we had a problem with getting water in the basement and he got the work done for us pretty quickly.

Called to get estimate, Patrick returned call timely. Worked well with my schedule to make the appointment. The estimate was for exactly what I wanted, he made no attempt to sell me items I was not interested in. Work was done in less than a week, took about 3 hours, removed and hauled off, installed and cleaned up. Awesome. very professional.

I had gotten 5 estimates and their price was reasonable. I like it that they are a small, individually owned company and do the work themselves. I will use them again in the future.

Patrick (company owner) provided a timely quote. We had him do the work a couple months later. He got the work done in one day and it looks and works great.

Patrick came out to bid first of all the companies I called and he was professional and courteous and provided us with quite an education about gutters and downspouts and quality of materials and offered a lifetime warranty on his work. No other company offered that. What he taught us allowed us to ask intelligent questions of the other people who came out to bid and so we were confident when we chose All American Gutter that we were going to get the best products. Before we had a chance to call back after receiving other bids and deciding on All American, Patrick called to follow-up and ask if there was anything he could do to assist us in making a decision and to say he could begin the job the following week. We scheduled the job, and he came out and did a very nice job on the gutters. We asked about installing just one downspout instead of two in one location and he agreed and did that and adjusted the cost accordingly. The only criticism I would have is that we found a few nails and gutter attachers in the areas where the gutters were installed. But other than that, the job was done extremely well and he even offered to do extra work burying corrugated drain pipes if we wanted.

Patrick was very profession and provided good consultation and guidance. He kept in touch with me and confirmed the work schedule a couple days prior and also the night before, telling me exactly what time the crew would arrive. I appreciate the fact All American Guttering also did the fascia repair and didn't contract it out to another company. I had bids from other Angie's List members, but All American Gutter was the least expensive and also agreed to perform all the work requested (fascia repair) as well as color match the gutters to the color of my house trim. Patrick was on-site the day the work was performed. The job took his team (Patrick and 2 others) approximately 3 hours to complete. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

With all the recent rain we started to have problems with water in our finished basement. After some masonry repair to an unused basement window we also noticed that, during heavy storms, our gutters were overflowing, especially on the back side of the house where 2 roof valleys converged. After checking Angie's list we contacted Patrick Clifford at All American Gutter. He came out 2 days later in the evening and spent 1/2 hour surveying our house and discussing possible options and solutions. Patrick was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with - there were certainly no high-pressure sales tactics! Patrick gave me an estimate and we decided to go ahead with the work. Patrick and his crew showed up as scheduled 10 days later. (Actually, due to a problem getting enough material the morning of the job, Patrick was 20 minutes late, but he called to tell me what was going on.) Patrick and his 2 man crew started at 9:00 AM and were done by 2:00 PM. They worked quickly and their cleanup was immaculate. Two problems/questions that arose during the work were resolved quickly since Patrick was at the job site all day. (It is my understanding that this is usually the case with him - he does not use subs for his jobs.) The finished gutters look great and work well - Patrick is an exceptionally conscientious and meticulous person who takes pride in doing a great job with quality materials. I highly recommend his company.

Our gutter was hit by a tree and damaged in a storm. I called two contractors and found All American Gutter to be repsonsive, quick with pricing and less expensive.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Patrick was prompt in providing an estimate on a Saturday. He assessed the work and provided a comprehensive and concise estimate. His price and quality of materials beat the other companies contacted. Patrick and his crew showed up when promised and began work immediately. They were professional and efficient delivering a quality installation and product. The gutters easily handled the heavy rains on Monday (no more overflows). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new gutters.

It was a pretty positive experience. I like the owner because I thought he was very upfront. He gave us a very reasonable bid which was in the ballpark of what I was expecting so I didn?t ask for bids from other people. We had a few extenuating circumstances due to the nature of our old house but I felt like he dealt with those well. He actually came back on a different day to install our rain barrels which we didn?t have at the time of the work. I wasn?t so confident with some of the people that worked for him.

I had the gutters and drainspouts replaced on my two-story home. All-Ameerican Guttering was very prompt and efficient in getting the job done. They started in the morning and was finished that afternoon. They installed new 6inch gutters and new downspouts on my two-story Brookside home. They did an excellent job even with it being in the middle of winter. I would definitely recommand All-American Guttering for any of your gutter needs.

He gave me a very professional estimate. I knew what I wanted. So, I called him and asked him if the company was capable of doing that. They came out the day after I called them, took the measurements and were gone before I realized they were even there. It was quite amazing. So far, I am completely impressed with them. I will use them again in the future.

Overall I would say this is one of the best experiences I've had in regards to home maintenance. Patrick was very prompt and professional in all aspects of the service. I am currently stationed elsewhere, so I had to take his word for things being done. With that being said, the quote, the work, and the look was all a present surprise when I finally saw it. I found this company to be very user friendly, and will recommended them to anyone. Patrick and his crew did and outstanding job on the house and put my mind at ease from about two hundred miles away.

Patrick came out two days after we phoned, gave us a fair bid and some good advice to save us money in the long run. He and his crew arrived early in the morning, took two hours to do the work, explained fully what they did (we have a 100-year-old house), and cleaned up after themselves. We were completely satisfied with their work. Would use their service again (with all the large old trees surrounding the house, and the fact that our top gutters are wayy up there on the third floor, we'll probably need them again for gutter cleaning by this time next year).

Unbelievable!! Talk about customer service of yester-year. Patrick was recommended by Angel Martinez of ARM Electric, who said Patrick would get the job done resonable and right. So I called Patrick and he came out that day to give me a quote. He knew the old gutters were shot and explained my old house needed larger gutters plus larger downspouts. He is a look you straight in the eye kind of guy and you know he is paying full attention. I signed his bid there and he said it would be about a week before they would be out. The morning they showed up, Jim and Russ were the two installers and both were friendly, polite and highly professional. They removed all the old gutters then carefully installed the new and paid particular detail when they were attaching the downspouts to the siding since this old house has asbestos tile siding that is extremely fragile. They complete their work within about 3 hours, cleaned up everything and even moved a few of the splash trays(?) into better positioning under the spouts. When they were done I could not even tell they had just been in my yard working and the gutters look awesome! A couple days later we had a little rain and i went to see if the gutters were catching all the water and they were except for one corner by the garage. I called Patrick and he sent Jim back out that afternoon to see what the issue was. Jim found a small section of the flashing Russ didn't get pulled over the edge of the gutter and he got it pulled into place. This morning we had a 1/2" of rain and all the gutters caught the water with no drips behind them. I went around the house after the rain ended and the ground was dry next to the foundation instead of being wet. It is really amazing workmanship considering my house is an old military bunk house from the 1930's and there are no soffets anywhere. So where the walls meet the roof is where the roof meets the walls. All the homes in my neighborhood are like this and so I can't tell you how pleased I am with Patrick and his guys for the great job they did for me and knowing, in advance, how important it is for my little shack to get the water away from the house.
