Patrick and his team were the ultimate professionals. They arrived at the time they scheduled to do the work, they completed it in a timely, efficient manner and cleaned up the work-sight immediately following the work. This company was a pleasure to work with from the estimate to the actual work.

I have a home built in 1928 with box style gutters and a clay tile roof. The lining inside the gutters was rusting out and needed some kind of solution. I called All-American gutter and spoke with the owner, Patrick Clifford. We set up a convenient time for me to be there and for him to inspect and give an estimate. He recommended re-lining the gutters and replacing my downspouts and gave what I considered to be a fair price for the work. He told me exactly when they'd be out to do the work (they had a backlog of two weeks), he told me how long it would take (1.5 days), and every single part of the process lived up to what he described. Once the work was complete I had a question about one other thing that we had discussed but had a miscommunication about. Patrick called me back immediately and someone from his team quickly came out and addressed the issue. I am very pleased with the price, service, and ultimate work that was performed. Patrick was very honest and knowledgeable about my situation and answered all of my questions at the inspection. I will definitely use his team for all future gutter issues (if they arise). Prior to speaking with All-American Gutter, we had received all kinds of estimates and recommendations for how to proceed with what many were saying would be a very expensive job. I had a contract with a competing gutter company (that was higher priced, but for a different solution to our problem) who ended up cancelling on me because once they got on my roof they were afraid they would cause damage to the old clay tiles. Truth be told I wasn't all that happy with the solution the first company had purposed, so I was more than happy to contact someone else and I am very pleased with how the project turned out with All-American Gutter

Contacted All American Gutter owner, Patrick Clifford, for an estimate for replacing old guttering on my rental house in south KCMO, based on Angie's List reviews. Estimate provided in June. House painting was delayed until September due to my schedule changes. Patrick stayed in touch with me until the painting date was set. He removed and hauled away the old guttering a few days before the painter arrived so that the painter could scrape and paint the facia boards before new guttering was installed. He came back a few days after the house was painted to install new gutters and downspouts. Work was done quickly by he and two workers. Very professional and efficient about how they did the work. Over-sized gutters and gutter screens should ensure there are no future overflows during storms. One downspout was located so that it will drain away from the foundation better than the old one. I would use this company again for any gutter work I need. I highly recommend them.

It went well. They took down my gutters in ~ an hour and replaced them in about 4 hours. I watched as they did it and I think they did a nice job. Everything appears straight and level and I got my questions answered. We'll see how the screens perform long-term but Patrick was confident that they wont clog and will keep the gutters from clogging. My only issue would be that I didnt always get a call back right away from the owner. I sometimes had to wait for a day or so for a response, but in general, even that was not a big issue. I was happy w/ the work overall.

Patrick (owner) came and gave me an estimate, followed with a written contract that included all expenses and time line. On the day promised his crew showed up and just started to get the job going. I liked the fact that Patrick was on the job site and was responsible to see that all went as planned. The entire project took about 6 hours start to finish. Every facet of the work and materials was to specification. The clean up was thorough and complete. I felt that I got my money's worth. My only "complaint" was that Patrick was a little hard to communicate with over the phone, he took his time getting back to me or calling when he said he would. However, I would use him again with out reservation.

We were having the house painted and Patrick (AAG) coordinated with the painter (Kevin Turner) regarding the gutter removal and color match the gutters to the house paint. After the painting was complete Patrick and the crew installed the new color matched gutters. The crew made some suggestions pertaining to extension routing under the deck and around the garage. All worked out very well and looks terrific. The gutters really do coordinate well with the excellent paint job.

They replaced all the gutters and downspouts on our home. Making sure the gutters were large enough to accommodate the water flowing off our roof in a heavy rain. (the original gutters were not large enough and we were seeing ground erosion from gutter overflow) The guys were polite and very neat. I would recommend them to anyone.

All American Gutter was sub-contracted by my contractor after adding a room addition, to install new guttering on the new section of the home. Since all the other construction work was completed, my contractor deducted the amount needed for the gutter from his bill and I paid All American directly. He came out on a Friday and they put in 80' of new guttering. While he was there he cleaned out the existing gutters for me. I told him my son normally cleans them out, but he works a lot now and doesn't always get to them as often as I need. I have some big maple trees around my house and the leaves and whirlybirds that come off the trees can really fill the gutters up quickly. We discussed putting in gutter guards and he made a good offer to install them, so I hired them to come out on Monday to install them. Patrick showed me samples of the guards that he carries and said he would back up his work if there were ever any problem with them. He also added a splash guard in the corner where the garage meets the house.Patrick was personable, informative, and seems to be a conscientous business owner. He contacted me regarding the time he would likely be there, and showed up right on time. He and his crew worked quickly and did a nice job. I will definitely keep him on my contact list for any future guttering needs. t

I got them through Angie’s List. They were great, did everything what they said for the price they said and did a really good job.

Got estimate with in short time and work done when promised. This is an efficient company that takes pride in its work and pushes quality materials.For example, stronger guage metal and 6 inch gutters instead of the normal quoted 5 inch from other places.The deciding factor was trust that the job would be done correctly and the fact that the siding repairs could be done at a nominal cost the same day. This crew had versatile workers with good carpentry skills.Sure hopes it cools off and rain soons so I can see how the water goes!

I can't say enough positive things about All American Gutter and Patrick Clifford. After having another gutter company (which had been recommended to me by my contractor) do a drive-by and quote me 5" gutters days later without having spoken to me about what they saw, I was surprised when Patrick asked that I meet him at the house so we could talk about what needed to be done and why. At the house Patrick quickly identified the issue with the slope of the small roof over the front door that has caused water damage inside this 75-year-old house for years. Patrick insisted on 6" gutters, suggested fine mesh covers, and that the slope on the small roof be changed so that water, ice, and leaves would no longer pile on the roof. The staff of All American Gutter were highly professional and skilled. They got the job done within a day and completely cleaned up after themselves. On an apples-to-apples basis, All American Gutter was not more expensive than the other guy. But they were definitely higher quality.

They are very good at pricing. He is very good at doing what he says. He checks it all when everything is done.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. Patrick seems to be a real "hands-on" owner. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the work and he gave me a quote right on the spot. Speaking of pricing....for the work that was done, I think we got a good deal. The only negative is that we went several weeks between phone calls. I was starting to worry that I wouldn't hear back from him. I knew his crew was busy, and we weren't getting rain anyway, so it wasn't that big a deal. I'm giving Patrick and All American Gutter an "A" rating.

Patrick was prompt, professional, and responsive. He has a question about the placement one of the drainage spouts and made sure to ask me about it before he went ahead and installed it.

We received a fair estimate with a couple of options. Final cost was less then estimate because they found that one of the old drain lines was adequate. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results

I was very happy with the work. It looks wonderful. I will use his services again, when I'm ready to get the gutters replaced on the back of the house.

After obtaining several quotes All American quoted the most attractive price for the 6 inch gutter. Due to the nice weather and their schedule they were able to get the job done in less than a week from signing the agreement. Always get several quotes and allow the contractor to work your job into their schedule which helps them to be competitive.

They arrived, installed the gutters and were gone with minimal interruptions. It took probably less than an hour to install a 40' run. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. And my dogs really liked him!
