Affordable Lawn Care & Snow

This provider was called to start mowing our lawn approximately the end of June/ first of July. They called to tell me that had drove by and reviewed the property and would be able to mow and trim the lawn for us. We tentatively scheduled to begin in mid to end of August after our renters left. I called to begin service with them the middle of August and asked if they could begin mowing the first week of September. They said they would by the end of the first week in September. I then called and asked if they could do the lawn earlier in the week because our neighbor said the lawn was needing attention. I was called the next day and left a message that stated they could not do my lawn because it was too far away from other properties they were doing. I returned their call and asked if they called me in error because it was already reviewed by the owner and they had set this up to begin the end of week. I was only calling to have it done sooner the same week it was scheduled. The called back to say they were calling me to say they would not do my because it was too far from other properties they were doing. I asked if they could at least mow the lawn this week since they had already said they would and then I would have time to find someone else to do. I was listened to dead silence for awhile, then was told they would call the owner and see what they could do. They were going to call right back with an answer and would also provide me with a number of lawn care companies I could use. They never returned my call. I called them back and asked if they had decided to mow my lawn at least this week as they had agreed to do. They called back and said the owner wasn't around so I would just need to find someone else and did I want the number. I restated that it would be extremely helpful if they would at least do the lawn this week as agreed to. They stated this just wasn't possible. I ended the call telling them that they had been recommended by a former client, but after this type of service I would not be doing the same.
