David was very responsive to our wants and needs and Loren and Tim did an excellent job. Sure, there was a hiccup here and there, but they quickly resolved those and got the job done right. Very professional people here.

They did a good job. I sold my house in Kansas City. The price seemed fair. They did a very good job. They were there when they said they would be there and everything got fixed in time to close the deal on the house. So, they did a very good job.

Great. They finished the job within time and budget.

I left multiple voice mails, emailed and left a message through their website. No one ever responded, but they still added me to their spam list.

We used Handyman Matters' North location a couple times in the past couple years, and they were helpful. However, I have tried to contact them at least three times in the past 6 months--via phone call and email--and nobody has responded to me. I won't waste my time with Handyman Matters North from now on.

Handyman Matters never replied to message. No contact.

David came too see me on a Wednesday asked to give him a few days to come up with an estimate never heard grim him again..... its been going on 3 wks.

It was for a kitchen remodel. The price on the quote was high. I think it was $8000-$9000 if I remember right. Honestly, I did not think they were that professional.

We turned the house keys over to Steve and Jason then left for a vacation in Florida. When you meet Steve you will be able to tell immediately that you can trust him and that he has a lot of pride it what he does and how he represents the company. When we came home the place looked great! Perfect color and no spill over onto trim etc.!! This is the first time we used Angie's list and I am hooked. Will use Handyman Matters for all our home improvement needs. Thanks Steve, Jason and Laura!!!

It didn't go well based on the quote. They quoted installing 4 smoke detectors and putting in 3 faucets. They only did the faucets and it took him over 5 hours to do that which I thought was excessive. He never got to the smoke detectors. The agreed upon amount was $400 to $500 and never got the smoke detectors installed. After he quoted us, he went to the hardware store and stayed about an hour and he said that counted because he had to get some parts. Then he charged a ridiculous amount for the parts, which we probably could have gotten for $20. I need to call her and let her know we are not happy with the service. They need to stick to their quote, and pricing their parts reasonably.

We had a lot of problems getting started. I had a contractor through their company come out and facilitate a bathroom remodel and he quit in the middle of it. The other issue was we battled on the amount on what was originally put in place by the first contractor then they said there was no way they could meet that price. The owner actually had to come out multiple times once the new contractor came out in order to finish it. The lack of documentation, the lack of information that was sent between the fist contractor and the new one. The price was more than I planned for. The first one said he could do it for 5,000 and the new one said he couldn't do it for less than 10,000 so we met in the middle at about 8,000. Unfortunately after the job was completed I had to have them back out because the shower base had to be completely ripped out and replaced and redone. The first contractor was always late and never showed up when he said he would. He tore everything out and put up the framework, but it was not completed.

It was just fine. I have used them several times. They are nice guys and quick at what they do.

They did a good job. Their responsiveness to me was fine. They replaced the door in a day.

They did a very good job. I called them to do a specific job, they responded promptly and professionally, and he did a good job. He was very neat.

My bathroom is.6 x 8 ft big. it cost me over $30,000 for it. It took them three months to finish. they charged me way too much. It took too long. I am disabled and wasn't happy with it,but I didn't have much choice with having them stop. It is already falling apart after 3 years, it was only warranted for 6 months. The Guy drank beer while he worked here. I will not use them again.

One person completed the work and it took maybe 3 days to complete the work. They were really good at explaining what they were doing and if there were any set backs and why. If they had to get more materials or stuff like that.

It was fine. One person came out. He was good. He got the job done. He did it the right way and it worked fine.

Just one person came out to complete the service. It took a long time for the service to be completed, longer than I wanted -- I would say it took three weeks. The fellow that runs the company, my dealings with him were fine. The man who actually did the work, I never really knew what time he was going to show up in the daytime. When he came he did not come prepared. He would have to come and get this and get that. A lot of time was wasted when he just kept going to get things that that he should have brought with him when he came the first time. The area was clean when he left.

It turned out fine. They were good. They did good quality work and seemed to be fairly quick at it.

I was satisfied. He did not actually fix it; he just told me what I could do to fix it. I did not know that before he came. They came right away as I recall. I did not have to wait terribly long so they had good response. They diagnosed the problem.

They did an excellent job. The job took 3 or 4 days. On any question you could ask me it would be an "A". We were delighted with what they did and the way they did it. There was absolutely nothing negative at all about the job. I would tell anyone to hire them. There were 2 workers, the main worker and his helper. I only talked to the main worker, they both seemed to know what they were doing & what they did looked really good. The workers were outstanding.

Work went well and lasted the two years I needed it to last.

Great. Had also contacted them about bids on other jobs, but didn't have the money. They were responsive and explained things well. The job was done quickly and correctly and it still works great.
