Description of Work: Requested electrical exterior outlets to be installed on each end of my home. When the worker arrived he told my wife and I he could only run the wires, not actually wire it to electrical panel and that an actual electrican would have to that. What? It as an electrican I had requested. I sent him away and he, obviously, embarrassed.
