Ace's Drain Cleaning Plus LLC

We hired this company in May to fix a bathtub faucet. They recommended we replace the faucets and they purchased/supplied a new faucet. 4 months later, the faucets have stopped working and our bathtub is leaking. I contacted them promptly and told them the issue. The "owner" Ace Wheeler's response to me was "we can't guarantee if it will work for one day or 5 years". I informed him that we paid over $500 for a service they provided that is not working 4 months later. He has refused to refund me even for the parts used and states that they cannot guarantee their services will work after 3 months. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!

wonderful! They showed up the next day and completed the project in less than an hour and even helped us fix an existing leak. Very kind and professional.

After looking over what needs to be done they talk to me and tell me what all I need to be done and how much and a very good job I would hire him again if I had any more plumbing work that I need to get done

The technicians arrived when they said they would. They worked hard to figure out the problem. They were also very friendly and reasonably priced . I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs
