This family owned business obviously takes great pride in professionalism & integrity. They responded to my phone calls immediately. I called them when my furnace stopped working, they came out the same day, since my unit was 30 years old they replaced it the next day and it was the coldest week of the year. The guys that work for them are so nice and respectful! Same guys did my central air conditioner that did my water heater, they are great! Being a single female, it's easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to mechanical pieces in your home and these guys take the time to explain everything, answer all my questions and tell me what I need to do as the home owner to keep everything running the way it's meant to run. They make me feel like I'm part of their family! I'll never use anyone else!

I dropped off a portable Cummins generator for warranty repair due to fuel pouring out of the carburetor. I drained all of the fuel from the generator to transport it for repair. This business is listed on Cummins website as an authorized repair dealer. The generator was received by Absolute Comfort Technologies and no work order or record of receipt was given to me at that time. I was called the next business day and told there was nothing wrong with the generator and all they did was put fuel in it and that I wouldn’t be charged for the fuel. When I went to pick it up, I was told the ”work order” had said the generator was not running properly and they did not inspect the carburetor. Further they said all they did was put fuel in it and run it for 45 mins under load with no issues; however the top case of the generator had missing screw covers, an incorrectly aligned case corner and scratches that were not present on the top case when I had dropped it off. I did not complain and as I started to take the generator out the door after listening to it run, the owner informed me I owed him $150. When I told him I had been told over the phone there would be no charge, he told me that there was no charge for the fuel, not for them putting the fuel in the generator. After disputing the amount of work performed and the cost they were trying to charge me, the owner basically said that it was $150 as soon as I dropped it off and the technician touched it. When I said it should be charged to Cummins under the warranty, the owner said they didn’t make any warranty repairs. There was no point in having any further conversation after that statement from the owner.

Having had another servicer replace the blower two or three times over seven years, I called Absolute Comfort out to look at my system. The technician identified the problem and quoted me a price to repair it but suggested that consider replacing my 22 year old system rather than continue to repair it every couple of years. Their consultant came out later that day and discussed different options for replacing my heat pump and air handler. Since the weather wasn't bad, I diligently had two other suppliers provide bids; one higher, the other lower, both inferior systems. I'm glad I went with Absolute Comfort. They had a new state of the art system installed within a couple of days. Their staff is friendly, professional and considerate. Hadn't planned on spending a lot of money on a new system but I'm glad I did; I didn't realized how a new system could make such a huge difference.

Alec came out to the house to give me an estimate on replacing both my air conditioner and furnance. He was professional and efficient and answered all my questions. He reworked the bid several times in order to be competitive with other companys bids. We found this company because many of our friends and neighbors know and use them and they have a reputation for taking wonderful care of thier customers. We ended up choosing a different company but only because of the brand of air conditioner we had decided on.

We found Absolute Comfort Technologies to be absolutely the best! We called 4 companies to give us a price on replacing our 16-year-old furnace and air conditioner. Absolute Comfort responded immediately, explained the job and gave us a reasonable price on a top of the line system. Within a couple of days, the job was completed perfectly. For now 4 months we have been comfortable throughout the house with first cool air at the end of the summer, and now the warmth from the furnace. We've also seen a slight drop in the utility bills. By the way, one of the other companies we had called did respond -- 10 days later! We never did hear from the other 2. We are so thankful for Absolute Comfort.

They were here on time every day and Charlie, the owner, supervised the job when he could to make sure everything went smoothly. He really listened to me and did what I wanted them to do instead of trying to talk me into several thousands of dollars of work I didn't want. They did good work.
