Description of Work: Looked at my washer and ran a cycle. The spin cycle was not working. He got my washer working and told me if it happened again it would be cheaper to buy a new washer . Very honest. Would definatley use again. Only charge a $10.00 service call!

Description of Work: The felt seal on my dryer was coming out so I called to have it looked at. When the technician came out, he confirmed what was wrong and said that he was not sure if just the seal could be bought, or if the entire drum would need to be replaced. He tried to locate a supplier for just the seal, but it was not available, The repair was made quickly as soon as the part came in. And, my dryer is back up and running.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and replaced a control board. The part was backordered and came in within the week they said it would. I felt the part was a little expensive comparing to on line prices, but the trip charge was free and they will warranty the part.
