Description of Work: cleared and defrosted drain, so water would stop dripping into refrigerator from freezer. They were on time(actually early), fixed problem. Were courteous and professional. Yes I would call on them again.

Description of Work: Why do we like these folks? They'll do a service call/diagnosis for $9.95 AND THEY MEAN IT. This time we called worrying about our gas dryer making bad noises. Al came as promised the next morning, checked out the dryer, showed us what was happening and gave us the sad news. It would cost quite a bit to fix it, if the parts could even be found. Basically, getting parts and doing the repair would make no economic sense. The charge for this call: $9.95! We've had Able do other repairs in the past. This time, they delivered their promised $10 analysis and we have (compared with other service-call charges) more funds toward our new dryer.

Description of Work: Washer was leaking water Wednesday. Called that night and left a message. They called back quickly. She said first available appointment was Friday at noon. My husband called at 3, they said we were stillon the list. The repairman called 5-5:30 asked what kind of problem. He said probably not something easy, usually better to replace machine (this was before he even looked at it). Finally got there 6:45-7. Came in, didn't wipe feet and no booties. No regard for antique dining room set, put tool bag on chair. Confirmed it would be cheaper to replace the machine. Pulled up a dining room chair, sat down in work clothes. Made out invoice all in about 10 minutes. |
