Description of Work: I have elected to renew my Bronze maintenance agreement and purchase a new furnace from your company. A couple of weeks ago, after your service representative told us we had a cracked heat exchanger, we paid two other companies to inspect the furnace. They both told us we did not have a crack and we were very upset and we reported this to you. You sent your top technician at no cost to us to inspect the heat exchanger again. He brought a fiber optic camera and a machine to analyze exhaust gasses and the air being sent into the house. He carefully inspected the entire unit. He showed us the crack your technician had discovered and he took a picture of it for the records. He also tested the furnace extensively and determined that it was not leaking any carbon monoxide into the house at this time. Since the heat exchanger will eventually fail and start leaking CO2 we decided to purchase a new unit. You responded very professionally and used equipment that the other companies did not use. They used mirrors and less sophisticated testing equipment and were not able to see the crack. The conduct of your technical and sales staff was very professional and we appreciate your interest in us as a long term customer. Thanks for your persistence in diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution.

Description of Work: We have a service contract with them!

Description of Work: I have purchased a service contract on my heating and cooling system for years. They come out twice a year to check and clean the system -once in winter, once in summer. The service contract covers all my built in appliances - including hot water heater, toilets, dishwasher, etc. Service calls are then $50 or something near that. I only pay for parts to repair. Or if completely broken, they replace the product.
