They gave me a good price and they were very helpful. They were considerate and efficient. They were very careful in the way they treated my home.

They were just topnotch as far as accommodating my work schedule and my husband?s work schedule. They were prompt with the follow up. They didn?t charge us anything when they came back to repair the glitch in our system. They followed up back 3 weeks later to check if everything was alright. They gifted us goodies at the end of their service, and we were very impressed with them. My husband was very satisfied with their price.

The work went smoothly. Their price was a little higher for what was done. They were very conscientious and very customer oriented. I will not use them in the future.

They had to replace a capacitor and a start relay. I have a maintenance contract with them, so it was less than what I would have had to pay. They do electrical, plumbing, appliances and air-conditioning and furnace repairs. They do repairs on all the built in appliances like the stove, dish washer and microwave. The contract includes repairs, parts and labor and you pay only a service charge when you come out. My neighbor?s son worked for them and I called them when I had a leak in my plumbing. I use them for almost everything.

They are very attentive and responsive and they always have someone to answer the phone 24 hours a day. They are very honest, professional and punctual. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They are amazing. They are here on time and very friendly. There was a recall part on my air-conditioner last week and they actually called me to upgrade. They called me and asked when they could come and do it. I did not have to be here because it was all outside.

They have been around for a long time and they are trustworthy. In this day and age I feel that A B May will be around when I need them, and I can?t say that for a whole lot of other companies. I normally get 2 or 3 bids before I sign up with a contractor but I didn?t do that with A B May. The charge for the service contract is not too awfully bad. They?ve been good to me and I can?t complain. We had a lot of trouble after they first put in the heat pump - they couldn?t get the thermostat to cooperate with the heat pump. We probably went through about 9 of them. Every time I called up and complained they came right away. You get a different technician every time, and I wasn?t too happy with the last one they sent out. Of all the other technicians that were coming and going, he was also the least professional. I was supposed to get an afternoon service call and I got a call in the morning and the technician called and asked me if he could come over right away and I was fine with that.

They were on time. The overall experience of working with them was very good. They explained everything I needed to know. They took care of the problem. I have used them before. They are great. The only thing I am unsure about is I don?t know how their prices fall in line with competition. They are somewhat expensive; I think it?s worth it because of the work they do.

We are new homeowner's and purchased a warranty through A.B. May. We have utilized their services several times within the last month for both covered and non-covered home repairs particularly with plumbing. They have essentially re-plumbed most of our home and done an exceptional job. The company is easy to contact and set convenient appointments with. We've probably met their entire list of plumbers and they've all been professional experts. The pricing is fair and the work is top quality. I will continue to utilize their services even when our warranty expires.

The company did not show up today after an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. They called at 12:55 after I took a half of day off from work.

They were excellent, punctual and professional, although a little expensive.

Overall, the service was good but varied by technician, except for toilet repair. The toilet repair was actually not at all satisfactory. The tech told me that they only replace the part that is not working instead of completing the entire project. I did like that they came out and checked the furnace and A/C for free, so they knew and I knew it was working properly before the season began. The techs often try to get people to replace something that is old before it is worn out. They often get people to replace the circuit breaker or something like that.

The plumber arrived on time and seemed professional. The toilet drain was snaked and I was told that it would probably fix the problem in the basement. Everytime I turned around, the plumber tried to up sell me on another item. This included using a faulty water gauge to say that I needed a water pressure regulator (I didn't buy it). The water issue was not resolved in the basement and I called another resource to have it fixed the next day.

They were great, came promptly and gave us choices within the warranty we had. They were very professional, put on booties on their shoes before coming in and we would highly recommend them.

They do everything and they do a great job. They are professional and responsive. I will continue using their service.

They were hard working, and they got the job up and going. It took them a day and a part of another day, and they kept going until it was completed. They did a real good job.

Buyer beware when dealing with this company. I found I couldn't believe anything they told me. For starters, the woman in the office told me they had a 10% stimulus sale going on when she called to see if I was interested in a new furnace. (I had got an estimate a couple months prior) when the salesman got to my house the 10% shrunk to 5%, he said that he had already figured in 5% on the first estimate. I bought a new furnace and air only to find they sold me an air-conditioner that will be obsolete at the end of the year. The salesman told me I had a ten year warranty and this shouldn't matter. Later I find out I must buy their maintenance agreement in order for the warranty to be in effect. Another thing the salesman chose not to mention. I bought my furnace on a six months same as cash plan, the salesman told me I could put the purchase on my credit card at the end of the six months. I now find out this isn't true either. The senior service tech came out to check out my unit. I told him I was very unhappy with being sold something that is going to be obsolete. He told me a sales manager would call me. This didn't happen either. The installers did an excellent job and were very courteous but I would never recommend this company to anyone as you can't believe anything they tell you.

If I need some electrical or plumbing work done they come and do it. They are very professional and I like them a lot. I had used them for years.

I've been using them on and off for several years. They are fantastic. They screen their technicians very well. It doesn't matter what the nature of service is that I need, they will send somebody out that I will feel comfortable with in my home. They are pretty competent and qualified. They have A B May standard practices behind them. They have never tried to talk me into something that I didn't need. I've learned a lot from the technicians that have come out. I feel that they are honest. It seems like an expensive investment, but it is probably worth it in the long run. The service call is only $60 with my service plan. I have called them in the morning and they have had someone out within an hour.

They're good. I definitely trust them. They are professional, courteous, and polite. They are almost always on time and if they are going to be late they will let you know. They keep you informed.

Technician was personable and very knowledgeable. He completed a detailed inspection of our furnace and humidifier and found everything in order. When asked he gave detailed information on upgrading our system to a more energy efficient model, especially our air conditioner. We learned that A. B. May technicians are trained to service all major brands.

I read several reports on them on Angie's List. Basically, they had several good reviews, and we used them. They did a good job for us, too. I felt like they fixed what was needed and the service price was reasonable.

They did an inspection and did a nice job; everything went great!!!

They did a thorough job and did exactly what they said they'd do for the amount of the estimate they gave me. They were prompt and on time. They cleaned up their work area really well.

They came out to look at property. Ended up giving a high bid for HVAC (in comparison to 4 other companies, they were the highest) and never gave me a bid for Electrical or HVAC. I called several times and asked for them to send me the bid, they never did.
