They came a month early, which is awesome. Cliff H, the HVAC Tech, was super helpful and professional. He found a bad solenoid for our Humidifier and was able to fix it immediately. My wife had noticed that she was feeling very dry. So it was a blessing to find the bad part and get it fixed, I would have never thought of it. Thanks!

Christopher C was the tech, a really nice guy. He got the work done quickly and effectively. My experience with AB May has been excellent for over twelve years both in home and institutional building needs.

Good overall but pricey quotes for someone already on their gold plan

When we bought our house we got a home warranty through AB May. Two weeks after moving in we smelled some gas around the furnace and called the gas company. They confirmed the leak so we called AB May to come out. Robin S. came out and replaced a few fittings and she was AWESOME! Very thoughtful and thorough. We immediately upgraded our plan to Gold and asked if we could request her in the future!

Went Well! Harley saw that wires needed to be re-routed off the NEST thermostat and directly to the manual Humidifier controls on the furnace. The NEST isn't really the best for managing the humidity yet.

Ron ent out of his way to address issue with defrost cycle and also hardwired in thermostat to give me greater. Incidence that our home temporarily feature would be controlled when we are out of town. It was battery powered and now has battery back up. He suggested how to address A/C drain issues as well

It went extremely well! Todd and Jeremy from A.B. May did a fantastic job. This was a major project, as pipe needed to be ran through half of my house to replace old lines that were in the attic and not up to code. They did the job extremely well with minimal invasiveness. I’ve used A.B. May in the past for HVAC and electrical, and I’m pleased every time. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to hire a great, reputable, responsive, fair company to do work around your house. You won’t be disappointed.

Smoothly. The technitian arrived on time and was able to expertly clean out the drain with minimal issues.

Terrible. Not responsible. Not accurate

Anthony identified the problem, showed it to us and applied an economical repair. The only alternative would be expensive and disruptive to our daily life. We are waiting to see if the repair is effective (time for silicone to set up). Anthony explained all of this to us and we agree it is reasonable to try the economical repair first to see if it will work. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly to help us understand what is involved and what may be needed if this does not work.

Hannah (the technician) did a superb and thorough job once she arrived. The only issue was with the home office and scheduling. We expected them to arrive between 11 am and 2 pm. At 4 pm, I called to find out where they were and was told the appointment had been cancelled by AB May. I was NOT happy (this appointment had been scheduled since last August). They responded by sending Hanna who arrived at 5 pm and worked till nearly 7 pm (Saturday). So in the end, it all turned out well.

Perfect, we bought our furnace from AB May and continue to have them service it. We have never had a repair person show up, that was anything but fantastic.

I was extremely upset that I was charged $114.00 for a $2.73 Wye 1-and a half inch PVC Pipe sold in Plumbing Department at Home Depot/Lowe’s/ Menards. No one sells THIS part for over $3.00. I am a senior citizen and a Disabled American Veteran AND this is Absurd. I have been with AB May for well over 7-years and this is Horrendous and it is PRICE GAUGING. Also my Backup Battery was $509.99 and my M98 was $202.00. The WYE was $114.00 and the Alarm costed $136.00. This service ALL Together ran me over $1600.00. My technician Joe handed me my Alarm in a BOX, in MY hand and told me to read the “Instructions “! AB May is not what it used to be and having a Service Contract means nothing if you add on. I paid over $600.00 for JUST LABOR! This was an ACT of God because we had so much rain that my Sump Pump couldn’t keep up! “Buyer Beware”! This Company will milk you DRY!!!!
