It was excellent. I have them for a home warranty service and they're always very good. Their quick response and professional attitude stand out.

Overall, they were good. They were the only one that responded to in the dead of summer and everybody else was really busy. I was happy with them and signed up a contract with them.

We do use them just for the warranty in our home. There was no charge because it was in our warranty. They are just a normal company. No bad, no good. They are here on time when they say they are going to be. I have had no issues. I guess the quality was good because nothing was wrong. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were right here on the date they said they were going to be here, when we scheduled it. Their professionalism was okay. They were very polite and nice.

My experience with them was fine. It was pretty good but I had to wait a little while for the microwave to be shipped in from somewhere. It took about a week or two I think. It was no big deal though. The guys that worked were always very professional and very businesslike. They were congenial.

They do fine. They charge a $60 service fee and then everything is under the warranty. I would use them again.

So far they're the best home warranty provider I've ever worked with. Responsive customer service and in house technicians. Thumbs up!

A. B. May has been my air conditioning/heating service company for a long time. I have had a service agreement with them for years. They do a good job and the technicians are always helpful and clean up (if there IS clean-up to do). We got new heating unit and a/c at the same time a little more than a year ago, and got a nice discount for doing both at the same time.

We were under contract with them as part of the purchase of a home. The kitchen faucet began leaking a lot. When they came out they were unable to repair it without a part they would need to order and that might take up to a week to receive. Of course I didn't want to wait that long so we needed to replace the faucet. Because of the layout of the counter, back splash we had only a limited selection.......we ended up with a $855 faucet reduced to $541 because of our contract. I have never paid that much for a faucet in my life. It is now March 2014 and the faucet is having problems....I will say that we have horribly hard water which may be the problem but I still cannot say I am happy with the service. The man who came good---I blame the company.

We bought their Platinum warranty after having our AC inspected. I thought it would offer some peace of mind. Several months later we called them out to fix our hot water heater. It was done quickly and professionally. In hindsight the warranty wasn't needed but I thought a whole the company was easy to use and would not hesitate to use again.

It was great- quick and quality work.

No issues at all with service. This was a home warrenty call for a drain backup. When the sewer line issue was found to be outside the home they provided a quote to repair the broken line. I called around and was able to get a much less expensive repair done via another company. I have no problem with AB May or the service they performed.

They were really nice and funny. They were punctual and they diagnosed the problem accurately.

Although I did not consider the repair an emergency, they came out that night to repair everything. Fixed it right the first time.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They made sure to cover their shoes in order to keep the house clean. They mader me aware of their concerns for the job and made sure that we were all on the same page. They were able to complete the work and did an excellent job. They made sure to clean up after themselves and gave me all of the necassary details about the work before they left.

We need a new unit and they were willing to fix and discuss. We wanted to look into geothermal but needed to know options of fixing unit and what would that cost. They fixed us enough to see us through the summer as we delved into the options. They helped with information and quotes but did not push us either way. We decided to wait until this summer to decide They have serviced out furnace and air conditioner for several years. They have always been prompt and friendly. I have had both their paid maintenance and just calling when I needed them. I have seen on difference in the way I was treated, which I appreciate very much.

everything went very well. The two men were on time - work thru lunch didn't take any breaks cleaned everything up even swept our basement floor everywhere. Explained what they did and show us how everything worked.

First, they treated me like sales call not a service call. They were trying to immediately set me up with a sales representative. Before they inspected they were already trying to get more work. After inspecting my furnace, they said there were a number of things wrong with my it. I had other service providers come out and say nothing was wrong with it and it was safe. On a positive note, they were on time. Overall, I would not recommend them though.

They did everything they said they would do included carpentry work. We have used them in the past, and will use again. They are always good.

I called AB May overnight to the emergency service to come out to identify and fix the problem with our CO leak and no heat. they guy answered and asked if was a real emergency. (Well, I thought it was since we had a CO leak and no heat on the coldest night of the year). He said well, it sounds like it could be handled during normal business hours so someone would call me after 730am. I was shocked but not in the mood at 4am to fight him. By 815am no call so I called them. They did not answer at first. When I finally connected with them, they said they would not be able to come out since I was not on contract. They said if I want, they could schedule me for 2-3 days later if I wanted. No other options. No referral to other companies since they could not help. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks and found another HVAC company on Angies list. I am still shocked at their lack of concern. I will NOT be doing business with them again.
