The repairman was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He even showed me what I need to look for in the future so I can troubleshoot before having to call them out and pay an inspection fee.

its too long to go into. but ab mays tech did a stellar geothermal heat pump diagnostic miracle. i suggest everyone with a geothermal issue to call them.

It went well. This technician didn't seem as knowledgeable as others that have done the annual maintenance checks.

The HVAC specialist was very nice and professional. He was fast and efficient. They were able to take credit cards and email me a receipt. My only concern when I use AB May is their scheduling. There have been multiple times where I was scheduled for a certain day and had to be rescheduled because their technician got stuck on another job. This is exceedingly frustrating when I have to take time off work. This was not the case for this service appointment but it has occurred on other service calls with AB May.

Jason arrived promptly and was friendly and polite. He was fast and explained everything to me. He wore shoe covers and was courteous. He even went above and beyond to show me how to program my thermostat. Luckily it was a quick fix!

My thermostat does not working peoperly. I called Honeywell technic services. Honeywell told me it's not thermostat's problem. I should call a local AC technision. I placed a service call to A.B. May for a check up. The service person did not shown up on time. He checked my thermostat and wires and determined the thermostat are not working. He told me for liability reason I should buy the thermostat from them which cost about 4 time more that the same model I see from homdepot. He does not have anything to check if my AC is working properly without using a thermostat. If I ask him to install a my theomstat then he will charge me more than $100 on top of the service call ($89) ....I don't want to spand that much ... the result was "without working thermostat he can not run further test" and he left my house with my $89 check. I still don't know is my thermostat broken or something is wrong with my AC unit

We have home warranty with AB May. Our sump pump failed and they came and replaced it and also installed a check valve. Total cost $135. this is with gold membership. Everything went well.

They did an excellent job as usual. They're very good and they do a good job. I've never had any complaints about the work that they do. If I have any issues, they'll have somebody come back immediately and fix it. They have done stellar work. They're definitely an A+.

The technician was on time and professional. He performed quality work and gave me tips to prevent further problems.

I set up a normal service call because my garbage disposal wasn't working properly and the sink wasn't draining well. The first technician fixed the plumbing directly underneath my kitchen sink as it was all done wrong, however this did not end up being the solution. I had a second technician come out, who ended up jackhammering up my basement floor and installing a new drain pipe, which did fix the problem. They were very helpful with assisting me with financing as well.

We have a home-warranty with AB May that came with the home purchase. We have utilized them on 3 occasions already and have been pleased with their service (all instances were for one of our AC Units). We will renew the warranty at the end of the year.

They are a great company! We have actually had them back a couple of times. They were here just last week we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. We have had our air conditioner broke down last year, since then we have had the bronze membership. They have been pretty good, they have come out the same day or when we have made an appointment for maintenance, customer service was really excellent. Response time was almost immediate. Their excellent customer service time and their response to making appointments stood out. I would give them an 'A' overall. I would use them in the future.

My experience was ok. They were prompt .

It went great. The guys stayed late every day to make sure we had water service on because we had newborn baby twins so we didn't have to leave each night. They were there for about 2 weeks total. They were very courteous. They called back to make sure we were happy. One guy even left his cell phone number in case we had problems over the weekend. He said he would come out personally to make sure that things were okay. The price was fair.

They always come on time and wear footies so they don't track the house up. They're in and out and don't waste a lot of time. We find them to be very honest and professional.

I used them a couple months ago. We have a regular service maintenance agreement with them. They come out and tune up the furnace and air conditioning in the Fall and Spring, they do that on a regular basis. We have also had them out for other services and we also have a whole house warranty agreement with them as well. It's on a monthly basis and that takes care of any defects in the house. On the other hand I did have a representative come out to give me a quote for a whole house cleaner and he did not reply back to me. I emailed him twice and I called the company twice and I still have not heard from any one. As far as responsiveness is concerned I give them a 'D'. I am not very happy that I called their main office twice and called the representative twice and got no response. The warranty is fifty seven dollars a month with a sixty dollar per pay per visit. I think the service contract is a hundred dollars per visit. Their service men are always professional and polite. They always clean up. They are a good company and they have been around a long time. The only downside is that I have not been getting a response from the sales team. I will still use them but I might look around.

After spending $14,000 they put a heater wall-unit in the walls in the bottom floor because their system did not work properly. They cost us thousands to fix the damage they did. They did not listen to directions. My hot water was out for a week and they never came to fix. We had to fix it ourselves. They were unprofessional. When I went to complain about the product to the owner, he asked if I had gotten it in writing and refused to honor verbal contract. The house does not have a humidity control so we had to install our own humidifier.

I've been pleased with them over the years.

The person from AB May both diagnosed the problem correctly and provided a service solution quickly. I had heard after the fact that Hamilton over charges for their services. Not only that they person who gave the quote came to te house and was not able t provide the appropriate solution to my problem. The service technician apparently had no idea what the correct problem was.

We had an appointment for AB May, a 2-5PM slot. When no one showed and we had not received a call by 5PM we called them and they told us they already had come and gone. When we pointed out that we had been home all afternoon and took off work to be home and no technician had arrived, they replied that a "computer glitch" had caused us to be missed and that a we would be the next call. By 5:45 PM we couldn't wait any longer and cancelled our appointment. While they seem to have a reputation for doing good work, I don't believe we will use AB May in the future based on our experience.

We never had any complaints with anything they did. We don't recall anything spectacular either. Our experience was top notch. We would not hesitate to use them again but we found another company that we are using.

My experience went very well. He was right on time, and he was a knowledgeable guy. I came to know about them through a referral and advertising.

It was fine. We have a gold level service with them so we don't pay anything. The staff is first grade. If we have a problem with them they handle it very well. We have no complaints.

We arrived home from our vacation and found that the toilet was clogged. We called A B May in the evening and explained our problem. I wastold that someone would call within 45 minutes. After only a half an hour (this was in the evening on a holiday), a plumber called. Since we had a second toilet in the basement, we agreed that this could wait until the next day. By 2 the next afternoon the plumber had arrived. Excellent service

They have helped us with everything from electrical work (ceiling fans), A/C and furnace maintenance, clearing our main line, and most recently, one of their plumbers replaced our front and back spigots. AB May service people are always, fast, professional and knowledgable. My only issue with AB May has been this... You have to make sure you leave very specific instructions on who the contact person at your house should be for that appointment, or your liable to miss the notification call that the repairman is on his way, and yoll u've to reschedule. When there has been a miscommunication of this kind in the past, AB May office personnel has made good efforts to correct/compensate for the mistake.
