Kyle Francis was the technician and he was exceptionally polite and did a thorough inspection of my AC system. Everything was okay.

I contacted Plumco for a second opinion. As well as had the city of Independence check it out. Plumco found where the issue was and cut out the cast iron and clay transition and replaced with femco bands, 4"pvc pipe and fittings. Installed new clean out for easier access in the future. When finished, line draining was very good. Backfilled and cleaned area. Also added curb riser to get it up to grade. My total cost was 1023.65. Instead of AB MAY- 7111.00

What I like about them was that they did not push me to buy a new one. They were pretty honest, prompt and very professional.

The cost for the part and labor increased when they showed up and were finished.

Dispatcher and Technician were both very professional and checked in with me regarding the time of the service. Technician took care of all the routine care of AC unit and turned off the Humidifier for the summer. Cleaned filters, inside and outside unit. Tech was very pleasant and efficient.

David was friendly and knowledgeable and showed me how to check the temp of my air conditioner unit. He also provided tips on how to keep rodents out of my outdoor unit. This was the best visit I've received from AB May. Thank you, David!

Valerie was the best HVAC technician I have had in my 69 years. She replaced the dirty worn tubing from my furnace AND she replaced the worn tubing cover on the outside air conditioner plus really did a great job cleaning the air conditioner. Please send her back when my next maintenance happens.

They have a package that you can buy and when you have to have your whole yard dug up, and your pipes replaced, you get 20% off -that saves you thousands of dollars. We live in an older home and we have had no trouble with the plumbing. Since we found them and heard about the package, we decided to buy it every year and it has saved us a lot of money over the years. We use them once or twice a month. We are slowly but surely replacing every inch of plumbing in the house. We have replaced two toilets and we have had our stacks replaced. We have replaced taps on the kitchen sink and a leak in the shower worked on. They are my shining stars.

We called the A. B. May company upon returning home to the problem of water in the garage from sewage overflow since they were one of the companies that provided emergency plumbing services. The personon duty that night. that answered the phone was very courteous and told us that the plumber would call us within 45 minutes and that if we didn't get a all from him in that time, we should call her back. The call from Joseph Dilorio, the plumber on duty that night, came ten minutes later and he said he would not be able to make it before 11:30 or midnight so he could either come then or schedule us for first thing in the morning. We scheduled his visit for the midnight time frame and received a call from Joseph at about 11:00 p.m. stating that he was on his way and would be at the house in about an hour since he was coming from Kansas City. Forty-five minutes later he was at the front door. He stood back from the door after ringing the door bell so that he was clearly visible in the light from the porch light before I opened the door. He was neatly dressed in work clothes that had the company ID sewed on the front in large, clearly visible letters to identify him as an A. B. May employee. He had a very professional manner. He put on shoe covers since he walked through the house to the basement. He gave me the estimate for the basic service that he thought would be needed plus an estimate for additional services that might be needed. He immediately went to work while explaining to me what he thought was the problem. He successfully found the clog in the main drain line to the street and cleared it. After he had cleared the clog, he thoroughly cleaned up the area around the access port where some water had gotten on the floor. He used a "green" cleaning agent that he said was safe for pets. He left his work area in a cleaner condition than it was when he arrived. The costs required were only for the basic services/ He recommended that I have a video inspection of the line performed to see if there were issues with the line. An hour after he arrived the problem was fixed and he was on his way. It was a pleasure to have such a competent, pleasant plumber do the work and I would highly recommend A.B. May and particularly Joseph Dilorio to anyone needing plumbing services. I will certainly use them again, if needed.

Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in explaining what services were completed. Let the area clean and neat. Arrived on time and completed all necessary work in a timely manner.

They were really pretty good. Their primary business is air conditioning but they're all purpose company. They maintain everything in my place. I've been using them for several years and they were very good and efficient. The price is very good.

They were wonderful. They were prompt, courteous, respectful, and did a fantastic job. They even helped me manage the cost in conjuction with my home warranty.

It took them about 30 minutes to finish.

He did a great job and cleaned up when done. He even checl to make sure it was working all right.

They were professional, timely, and helpful. We were getting ready to leave on vacation, I wanted them to come out before vacation so they only had a week to give us an estimate and install it, and they did it. They were very good and we're very happy with the product. We got three bids and they were the best bid. We have a home warranty with them now too.

We plan to use them back. It is just an extension of our home warranty is how we got to them. They were fast. They came in and got the job done in lesser than an hour. They were kind of looking out for from a cost perspective and we have some other issue and so they made a couple of suggestions that were cost efficient and nice.

We pay a monthly fee. It’s a good service. They are very professional, very friendly and very clean. They are just very professional. They just get right to work and solve problems for us very quickly and handle situations well. They are just a wonderful company to deal with. The person they send is just top notch.

They were very responsive to our desired new placement of the compressor (to a better location behind our house -- less visible). The workers were very courteous. And the units are well rated. We use their services regularly -- a very good company!

Appeared on time (appointment made for non-emergent service). Cleared clogged area in floor drain approximately 10 feet from washer outflow. Cleaned up afterwards, advised on maintaining drain. Quick, response, quick service call.

This review is strictly for the installation service as contractor to Home Depot. Once the installer arrived everything went like clockwork. I believe they were just running behind that day with volume of work. It's only been a few days but so far so good. As the contract installer they didn't attempt to sell me more than what I needed. I"m not sure if that would have been the case under the A.B. May umbrella alone. All in all the install went well without incident.
