Bret diagnosed each of the issues and set to work fixing them. That old toilet gave him a few problems, but he powered through. Bret was a hard worker and a very pleasant young man. We would love to have him come out again, when we have a new set of plumbing issues. Best of all, the work was covered under our service contract. We paid $60 for the service call and $184 for an upgrade on the garbage disposal. We could have elected for a less powerful disposal at no extra cost to us. This contrasted with the cost of our last plumbing services through Kevin Ginnings Plumbing. We bought a deal through Angie's List for $200 of plumbing and we were were charged an additional $984 for changing an outdoor faucet, a kitchen faucet, and the bathtub faucets by the Ginnings folks. We will continue to use AB May for our plumbing needs.

They were great all the way. They are responsive. I will use them again.

They're great. We had them through our home warranty. They've always been very responsive and will come on the weekends. They do all sorts of things outside of heating and air conditioning and are definitely a big help when you're like a first time home buyer. I'm very happy with them.

Joe Taylor, an excellent plumber! He replaced our 48 year old toilet that was leaking from the tank. He was quick and efficient. He kept my house clean and took the old toilet with him. We hope to use his services and expertise again.

After a furnace tune-up, it was discovered that my heat exchanger had cracked and was in need of replacement. I was able to get an appointment set up really quickly for a time later in the same day I called after my heat exchanger had arrived at my home. The technician was super quick, telling me the process would take less than two hours, when most people said the job was a five to six hour job. And he correct! 1.5 hours later, he was done and the furnace works again. The home warranty covered the cost of the project, so my $2000+ project was covered by my $75 co-pay.

AB May was over the top. I was super impressed at their professionalism, courtesy, and their quality of work. I had about 4 quotes from different companies and they matched the lowest price apples for apples. They were amazing from beginning to end.

They come every spring and fall, because I have a maintenance plan with them. They gave us the best quotes, and did a great job.

I love them. They are always polite when they come over. They seem very knowledgeable about everything that they're, all of the services that they provide, that have provided to us. We actually purchased a heating and A/C unit from them and they installed it quite some time ago and ever since we've had them come over and service the unit twice a year, and so every time they come over they're always polite and very knowledgeable and they're quick to get things done. There was an issue with something, the heater or the A/C, I'm not sure, but but they had a very quick turn around in getting that taken care of for us.

Came when I was told he was coming, performed everything with their usual attention to detail.

LOVE my gold service warranty. A B May has serviced my home for years and hVe never experienced a problem. Had furnace maintenance yesterday and technician noticed my sump pump was not working. Was able to schedule plumber with 24 hours for full replacement. Opted to upgrade the pump so cost more than my $60 service fee. Still saved me hundreds of dollars.

Went perfect! He was on time and had the materials to take on the Job onsite at time of giving bid. The bid was reasonable enough for the work performed and very convenient. 10/10 Andrew was a life saver and we would definitely use his services again.

Zach was courteous and professional. He checked everything thoroughly and was great at answering questions. He got the Humidifier up and running for the upcoming winter season and put a new filter in our system. We were very pleased. This service is included in our home warranty with AB May. We only had to pay for the new filter.

AB May was able to arrive within an hour after calling for service on my home warranty. Mark was on time. He was very friendly and respectful. He respected my home and wore shoe covers when he was in the house. He repaired 2 lights that were not working-it was a very simple fix, something that I should have been able to do, but he didn't make me feel incompetent. I'm happy it was an easy fix. He changed out a dimmer switch and replaced it with a better switch. He provided a very thorough estimate for adding 3 outlets to my basement and 2 outlets into my garage. He suggested some other services. He suggested an upgrade on my home warranty that I was not aware of, which I believe will be beneficial for me in the future. Since I upgraded today, they waived the service call fee.

As a participant within the AB May service plan, we receive annual maintenance on our A/C and furnace units. When we were first scheduled to receive the maintenance, we were given a 3 hour window on a Saturday in which to wait for the technician. Unfortunately, no one showed up at our home and we did not receive a call letting us know that no one would be able to make it. After following up with AB May, we found out that they had too many service calls on A/C repair that we were simply bumped from our service time. Incredibly inconvenient since we had re-arranged our weekend to meet this time. The technician did arrive for our second attempt and serviced the A/C and Furnace. Unfortunately when the technician left, they did not re-connect our A/C units and for some reason they had turned our hot water heater to vacation mode. Technicians should leave the home as they found it. In addition to these mis-steps, the customer service management at AB May does not take our concerns seriously. We have left messages for both Jason and Sherry, presumably customer service managers and have not received a call after 5 business days to address our concerns.

They did a great job, they were great, the work was great, the sales guy was great.

It went really well! It was a difficult task and was unsure if it would be completed because of the difficult position the line needed to be ran. Stephen did a fantastic job and would recommend his services specifically. Not sure many others could have accomplished what he was able to.

Jeremy recommended we replace the existing receptacle with a GFCI receptacle since it was close to the sink. He was very professional and thorough making sure everything was clean and properly connected before putting the cover back on. He made sure we were aware that the new receptacle met the 2015 standards for GFCI and that we understood how it worked. Thanks Jeremy!

A/C compressor stopped working last week. Luke checked all points of possible problem, and systematically moved to next level of checking the electrical supply. Found the problem in the circuit box, quickly corrected it, double checked afterward. All is functioning normally now. Quick, clean, efficient.

The plumber found the problem in 10 minutes, called for electrician to work on electronics. Then plugged it into another outlet to get me going temporarily. The electrician came the next day right on time and fixed the problem.
