Bret F was extremely professional, helpful and didn't quit until he resolved ever problem. He was knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly.

It was great. The serviceman, Michael Saxton, checked out the furnace and replaced the filter and assured us the furnace was in great shape. He also checked and cleaned the compressor. He told us the compressor, which is 13 years old, is using a lot of power to come on. He recommended a part to solve this problem and gain a few more years from the compressor. Mr. Saxton was very professional and explained what he was doing so we could understand. We have used AB May since 1980 and have been very happy with this company.

Derrick from AB May is a saint. I discovered in my new house that the old gas line on the water heater was not only copper (super illegal), but it also blocked my access to move my dryer and replace it with a new one. I also was missing a shutoff valve behind my gas dryer (also illegal). While Derrick had the old gas lines taken out that were being replaced, he was so patient and let my mom and I move the old dryer and replace it with the new one, even though it took us forever. He was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond on what was admittedly a very weird job. He even snaked my washing machine drain while he was there when I mentioned it was backing up a bit. He also gave helpful advice on potential future improvements to the plumbing in the laundry room to make the space more functional. Would definitely recommend to family and hire again!

My service technician arrived within 2 hours of my call. He had the parts he needed with him and the repair was complete within 3 hours. That's great service. Especially considering I placed the original call after 5:00pm on Friday night.

I'm very satisfied with their work & continue to purchase their homeowner warranty plan.

I would say this is the worst service i have seen till today. I thought of calling ab may as they were the providers for my furnace and ac systems and regret it from bottom of my heart. I did a regular checkup which i should have not even thought of and now nothing works. After the maintenance it has become worst. 1st they charged me high money to have my capacitors replaced and also cleanup the motor. Once i had it done it has broken twice in this month only. First was the fuse in the furnace now something wrong with ac fan outside. I am really regretting calling them in beginning. And am thinking my ac would be working if i had not called them and would had good summer. They ruined my good spring time. I already signed a year contract but i am just going to cancel it and say not to show their face ever in my home. Dont ever do any maintenance or repair with them, they will just make it worse.

Great! If we would have been on one of their plans, they would have come on the Friday before Memorial Day. But alas, we are not on the plan because we are overly optimistic about our appliances (our Samsung fridge needed repair about 3 times in under 5 years; we finally gave up and bought an LG which we love so far). So, we had to use the neighbors dryer for four days until AB May came Tuesday morning, right after the holiday.

People answering phone were very responsive, courteous, and professional. I called at 7am and they had someone at my house by 11am.

AB May did an excellent job! I will most definitely stay with this company for my future home repairs. I completed a lot of research before deciding which plumbing company to move forward with. AB May was patient with me, answering a multitude of questions over a series of phone calls. The customer service over the phone and in person was impressive. Regarding the repair, I wasn't sure if I had to replace the hot water tank or if the thermal coople (?) needed to be repaired. They were willing to come and provide a free estimate, informing me if they were to began working on the hot water tank and it did not fix the problem, they would not charge me for that attempt and would move forward with the replacement. Needless to say, I had to replace the hot water tank. They offered me the best price. I am a customer as long as I own my home.

When I called I was told that service would have to be 2 days later. I insisted on service that evening as we paid for "Gold Star" plan. He talked to his supervisor and then scheduled repairman that evening. Our tech was thorough and efficient. He diagnosed and replaced something quickly. We were very pleased.

I am greatful for his willingness to make a change.

Our installers arrived on time, were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Jason was patient and explained how to use the systems. He even helped me with the app to control the system from my phone. AB May was not the lowest bid we received, but the customer service before, during, and after the sale more than compensate for any price difference.

At 7:00 AM I called and set up appt. and we scheduled for that afternoon. Whoever scheduled the appointment did a great job and I was updated throughout the day. Our technician, Luke W., arrived at the scheduled time. Luke diagnosed the problem, explained it so I could understand, and estimated a time for completion. It took a longer than expected because he needed a part but he tracked it down from a co-worker and stayed until the job was completed. Luke was professional and an expert. We are on the AB May maintenance program and saved over $600 on this trip. My wife said we pay about $32 per month for this program. It has also saved us during our twice a year maintenance visits when a part needed to be replaced. I highly recommend the program. All our AB May guys have been professional.

Great! Dylan evaluated our problem and told us how to solve it without any intervention on his part. We were able to unplug our shower drain and we will certainly call AB May for future plumbing needs!

It went very well. Service man was very professional. I thought the price for the parts was VERY high.

Took awhile. Tech had to remove toilet to get to line. He was courteous, professional and patient with me as I had a lot of questions.

Robin was our technician and she did a fabulous job. She was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will definitely request her for any HVAC work we need in the future.

It went well. Could not find a leak but Hayden explained how leaks could happen when hands are wet and you turn faucet on/off or use side spray.
