AJ was prompt and diligent at getting his work done. Very happy. Both of our systems are over 15 years old and AB May is keeping them working great. I have a contract for 2x a year service check. Owed nothing for this visit.

Kyle was great and very thorough. He spent a great deal of time making sure everything was perfect and explained everything perfectly. My unit is now ready for the next season and I am quite pleased with Kyle, AB May and the service they supplied

It went very well as parts were already on job site.

All but the shower leak were fixed. They were unable to locate the leak from the shower. I later found the issue and fixed myself.

We were extremely happy with the service we received! Everything was explained in detail of what work we needed done and why it was needed after a recent storm tore down electrical lines that ran from the power source to our house, our shop and our garage. Ultimate safety was also Rick's concern. So much so that even when our insurance company wasn't covering work that needed to be done, Rick went above and beyond what was necessary and called our insurance adjuster and explained the needed repairs. We received a call back from the insurance company stating 'AB May, Rick H, was instrumental in assisting me in what needed to be done, all that was damaged, and we could pay for. I think you have chosen someone good, if you decide to go with them I know that that gentleman alone will do a good job...' So - not only were we impressed, our insurance company was also impressed and highly recommend them!

The project went great! Field Supervisor Joe Young and his assistant Zach were prompt, professional, courteous, efficient, and did high quality work while keeping the place clean. Joe showed excellent customer service, prompting questions from us, providing information, offering options, estimates and other services we needed to consider. He and Zach were at our home for most of the day, but they weren't intrusive at all. In fact, they were quite pleasant to have around. They are REAL people!

Completed the repair to my satisfaction & was willing to work around tenant's schedule.

Heather did a wonderful very professional job. She was informative and efficient during her stay.

The technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant, explained what he would be doing, and got right to work. He found a couple of issues which he explained to me, showed me the parts and explained the price. He did a very good job.

Jeremy located the transformer which had died. He gave me estimate of replacing and also for putting in whole-house surge protection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also friendly and we enjoyed talking about various electrical projects. I would highly recommend him and ABMay.

They are very responsive. We have a home maintenance contract with them so that probably helps. But they are very responsive. I don't think there was any additional cost. I would use them again.

Well, at first we thought it was the latch, but on closer inspection, it was a lid JUST managing to get between the door and the seal. Yes... I felt stupid, because I'm usually more attuned to this kind of problem. However, I was not made to feel that way! They've seen it all!

The guy came down, my fridge wasn't cooling. He just went to the fridge interface, punch a couple of buttons and fixed it. I told him, that's it? He had to charge me for one hour of work. Responsiveness was pretty good.I would use them again in the future. The guy showed me how to fix it next time.
