Great! They came quickly and did a temporary fix. The part was ordered and sent to our home. They came and installed the part soon after received and were very pleasant to have in our home. He explained the issue thoroughly.

After getting two estimates to confirm that my 106 year old house needed a new sewer line I went with AB May. The lead tech walked me through the process of how they would dig at the city connection and in my basement to pull a new line through the busted up old line. This was a dirty job but they were professional throughout the entire process. The job lead, Ricardo, was exceptional and returned a huge mess into a completed project was done to the highest standard and cleaned up. I cannot say enough about how good these folks were!

It was great! C Marshall was very thorough, efficient and professional. He went through his check list, replaced 2 parts and carefully explained everything. Be sure to ask for him!

Made appointment 3 weeks in advance. One hour before appointment time was called to say they had to cancel. Took off a half a day of work and when I called them to find out specifics they went ahead and promised me they would be out by the end of the day. At 7 that evening they called to say they couldn't come. Pretty bad customer service

That was actually on $10 because they were working in conjunction with another company. So, we got a full inspection in 30 minutes for only $10. It was amazing. I was definitely completely satisfied,

I thought A.B. May was a bunch of rip off artists. I just thought they were expensive on repairs. A.B. May always wanted to sell me something. Their rate was much higher than $180 and every time they were here they wanted to sell me a new thermostat. They tried to sell me things we didn't need. They came to perform service and tried to sell me things I didn't need. Rather than provide the service that was requested they were more in a sales mode. I think they charged me $249 when I left them, that's one of the reasons I left them, they were very high. I'd give them "D's" all across the board, I was dissatisfied with them, that's why I left.

Antione said he would look into the manufacturer's warranty for the furnace and a/c and I would get phone calls Wednesday regarding options - which I did get. Have met with Matt of A.B.May at my home to go over the options/prices today.

It was okay.........drain still runs a little slow, but I can't remember how fast it once drained. It's 90% better

Excellent. Nick B was our assigned technician. He was both professional and efficient. For years we have been a believer in the A.B. May Home Warranty (service agreement). Without this agreement, the work Nick performed would have cost $450+.

Zach did a great job. Cleared the drain and fixed my faucet. It's like brand new again. He cleaned up after himself. He was betty polite and professional.

I have to thank Valerie Stinson of ABMay for doing a great job with knowledge and efficiency. I had other questions while she was there, which she graciously took the time to check out, such as opening up dampers that were closed. She did her checklist in a timely manner, even though my appointment was near the end of the day and her last appointment.

They said was cheaper to replace the faucet than to fix it. They offered very expensive replacement options before I asked for other options. The ending price seemed fair and the work seemdled to be done well, but they tried to sell me about 10 other services through the visit.

I hate to be negative, but it was way too expensive. The only thing I didn't like was the price. It was outrageous because they want you to do a contract. They just charge you crazy. See, I've always had a contract with them. I've always had a gold contract, but we were getting ready to move. So, we didn't want to do that. So, when they came out it was just outrageously expensive and my husband was not happy. They could present more clarity on what their different programs are silver, gold, etc.
