I had an excellent HVAC maintenance visit with Erik. Highly informative and he was a kind man that provides some of ABMAY's best customer contact I've ever received. He gave suggestions for future maintenance and informed me which MERV fits my unit when ordering filters. All the HVAC guys have been stellar--as was my last plumber.

Our old water heater started leaking in the night of Sat. Their service team came out a couple times and got it replaced on Tue. Morning. In between, they tried direct replacement but needed to find a smaller heater to fit in the tight space. The entire installation was done very professionally. They put shoe cover on before entering the house and covered the carpet before the work. The entire work space was left nice and clean after the installation. Highly recommended!

Excellent. The technician keep me informed as he completed a logical troubleshooting process to identify the underlying problem. He was able to make a temporary fix while a replacement part was ordered and delivered. The company made sure the same technician installed the new part to reduce the service time and ensure the correct part was delivered. I have a service contract with AB May and I appreciate the fact that any technician can call a supervisor or equipment manufacturer during a service call to get additional insight into problems caused by failure of electronic or mechanical components.

It went very well. Joe was prompt, courteous, professional and explained everything to me, which set my mind at ease.

They promised to come out that day and said they'd let us know about 30 minutes before they arrived. We got a call and Matt was there by 10 am. He put on footies and got right to work. Not only did he quickly identify the problem, Matt was extremely patient in answering our questions and explaining what he was seeing. He even answered questions about an issue we were having with our fireplace! Upon determining the problem with the furnace, he promptly picked up a replacement part, came back and installed it and determined that was the full extent of the issue (he also explained how the other parts of the furnace worked and where we might encounter issues in the future). He also checked to make sure the filter was good. Hearing that we were new to the home, Matt then took the time to ensure all the dampers were sufficiently open and showed us how to adjust them and checked to ensure our humidifier was also in good working order. We really appreciated how thoroughly he explained everything, including what was covered under our existing warranty and what we might get with another plan (with no pressure to upgrade). Totally worth the service visit fee - and we were still able to leave town for Thanksgiving at noon as planned. They really did save the day.

Leak was fixed and I am very pleased with the new toilet.

AB May was great. Their initial diagnosis of what was wrong turned out not to be fixable though they worked on it for several hours trying to get it working. When it turned out a replacement was necessary, we were able to get it installed the next day. And the price was surprisingly reasonable for a completely new furnace. Highly recommended.

The technician was well versed in the Nest system and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having. Since I had done most of the installation myself already, he just charged a visit fee and made sure the units were working. Problem solved.
