Very efficient in the work that was performed. They inspected the problem, identified issues and provided recommendations for future repairs upon request. The service representative's were knowledgeable and had great interpersonal skills!

The plumber was great! On time and understood some of the issues I have with an older home. I would use him again on any plumbing issues.

The tech, Don, was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions and explained the new technology that is available whenever I decide to upgrade.

Jason arrived and immediately realized that our breaker box was a type that was no longer UL approved and it was old and a danger to our household. He gave us the facts without high pressure or scare tactics and gave his recommendations to fix the problem. He set us up within two days to replace our breaker box and get us back up to code. He was pleasant to work with and finished his work in one day. I would definitely recommend The AB May company again and will request Jason for any future electrical work.

We called on a Saturday morning and A.B. May had someone out within 3 hours. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They did excellent work and we so appreciated the quick response!

Ron was very thorough and explained everything he was doing or did. He reviewed thermostat functions and showed me some functions I didn't realize were available. He was extremely polite and professional.

Went well. Only called them out initially to look at leak in the shower. Tech recommended we install larger flue pipe as current flue pipe was too small for the unit and also stated that we should have a thermal extension tank installed on the water heater. Water heater was initially installed by family friend who also used cheap material for the water line so we had the water line replaced too. Prices seemed a little high but given that they warranty all their work and their tech's are very knowledgeable, I think it is worth it. I also had them install shut off valves in our main bathroom. I called AB May on a Monday and they were able to come out the next day. All work was completed the same day.

The source of the problem was difficult to find but the Plumber from AB May did not give up. After trying several things he changed the control valve for selecting the hot and cold water and that cured the problem.

Eric was very professional and helpful. I appreciate learning about other services available, yet not being pressured to purchase. I am happy with the service AB May provided.
