Description of Work: Fixed shower leak my husband couldn't figure out (which he usually can), they explained what was wrong and why it wasn't an easy fix.

Description of Work: Repaired old toilet, then replaced it with new one.

Description of Work: They came to do an AC check. Technician advised the AC unit was working as designed and was fully charged on Freon. Told me that there could be an insulation problem with the home is why its running non-stop and advised me to do an energy audit. | |I ended up doing my own audit and added some insulation to the knee walls in the attic and the ceiling. AC works a lot better now. Upgraded to the gold package while they were there and that is why it was $11. | |Technician was very knowledgeable and went through some things with me to educate me on the AC system. Most techs wont take the time to educate.

Description of Work: We have a silver service agreement with AB may, and have had it for years. Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday, and they cannot get anyone out here until Monday. We were told if we use anyone else to fix it, they will void our contract. So I am paying them money to not be available to help when we need them, and we will be punished if we use someone else. The temperature has been in the 90's and the humidity has been very high as well. Not acceptable. We will be cancelling our contract.

Description of Work: While I do not have the exact dates and services performed in front of me, we have called them on several heating/air conditioning problems in the past 2 years and more, and have always found them to be professional, prompt and courteous. While their prices are not the lowest in the area, the reliability and fast, efficient response have made the cost more than worth it. Their estimates are always free, and are never exceeded in the final cost.

Description of Work: I have had a "gold" contract with them for years, which covers routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements on all systems and many built-in applicances. The contract is expensive, but it pays for itself every year. They have performed plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work for me every year. They are responsive, careful, and perform excellent work. I have no complaints and use them for any service they provide. |

Description of Work: they didn't contact me after I made an appointment with them. No services were performed.

Description of Work: Performed annual checkup on air conditioner and furnace. Found a problem with our 40 year old furnace and immediately had a sales person arrive to give us a quote on a new furnace and a/c. The quoted price was the highest of five subsequent quotes and was quoted on a system that generally had poor reviews.

Description of Work: Performed maintenance on air conditioner under a new service contract. Identified wiring issue and provided suggestions for efficiency. I appreciated their professionalism and integrity in fixing my issues without overcharging me.

Description of Work: They fixed a kink in my high pressure side of the AC Unit and drew the vacuum and added freon. They discovered that the original amount of freon was wrong, and didn't charge me for the additional gas. They were the original installers, so it was a six year find.
