Description of Work: Scheduled service four days prior. No one showed on the day of the appointment, nor did I receive a call. When I called customer service they informed me my appointment wasn't scheduled in their book.

Description of Work: Ok. But follow up service not good. Company did not even call to see how things were going or if we are satisfied. Feel like we got your money, see ya. Follow on service had to argue with company to get someone to come out then when someone did come out tried to upsale us on a new heaterlhumidifer on a 2 yr old unit. Arguing about replacing our filters saying fine when in fact they were full and needed replacement.
