Joseph was great - he was on time, figured out the problems, and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a couple of options for fixing the issues and was able to fix both the drain clog and toilet leak quickly. I would use AB May again.

We have had a contract with AB May for many years. As always the work was excellent. Our technician, Josh, was professional, courteous, and punctual. He explained the processes he used and provided a thorough review of the work he did and the status of the HVAC system.

LeRoy was very knowledge and very professional. He took the time to evaluate and inspect all parts of the furnace. He noticed things that home inspector had missed and made appropriate repairs. Great man!

We just hired A.B. May to address all of SPIRE Gas Company requirements to have a recent rental purchase approved to be rented. Mr. Rick Thein promptly called me with estimates for repairs, permits, and safety checks needed to do this process. He was profession, efficient, courteous, and prompt. He was able to start the process of fixing our rental regarding gas plumbing right away and gave us a fair price. The work will be completed this week and I expect it will be well done given the experience we have had thus far.

Mr, Rusty take a time explain everything about the Humidifier and he has a great knowledge and skills about HAVC TECH, I was very lucky to have him and I trust Mr, Rusty. he is a very hard worker and I'm very satisfy and job well done. I'm recommend big time!!

The plumber (Joe Salva) was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. He evaluated the problems and either fixed them himself (e.g. installed water pressure regulator) or, to save me money, explained in detail some simple DIY fixes (e.g. caulking). He answered my questions thoroughly and did a good job of communicating the problems he'd found and their causes, as well as what needed to be done and why. He was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time he spent educating me on a range of plumbing topics. Top-notch service and experience overall. He even brought in my trash/recycling bins from the curb and offered to carry a large package delivery inside, without me asking.

It went very well. Excellent customer service, punctual, was able to answer all questions and had a solution.

Matt quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and made the appropriate repair. He also replaced the p trap in the sink. We were very impressed with his work.

Unstopped the drain and fixed the stopper for drain per my directions so I wouldn't have that issue again.

Equipment is well maintained and hot weather breakdowns.

My original appointment was bumped due to high volume of calls for AC repair in hot weather - they rescheduled my appointment for a later date and offered movie tickets for my trouble. When I finally did get my AC unit serviced, the appointment went great - technician was very friendly and professional and did a good job. AB May always has very qualified techinicians to handle any problem. I have had a service contract with them since I bought my house. I would recommend them to anyone who has an aging home, as I have used them for many things over the years.

Replaced collapsed clay pipes under my basement floor - a fairly big job - and finished up in a couple of days and didn't leave any dust or debris behind. Very professional and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cost $9,000. Would absolutely hire again.

The electrician that AB May sent, Mark, was very friendly and great to work with. He was fast, polite, and did a great job. I was very pleased.
