About us

AB Electrical, Inc. is a Class A General Contractor that means we can do anything that pertains to home and commercial remodeling, repairs and tenant finishes. We are committed to customer satisfaction and a job done right the first time. AB Electrical, Inc. and employees are fully licenced and insured we carry an electrical class DE and General Contractor Class A license and all occupational licenses necessary for the KC Metro. All of our employees have a minimum 10 years experience in the field. We are able to work closely with clients and their insurance companies to settle their claims and get the client back into the homes and businesses quickly. As a company with all licenses, insurance requirements and with all our employees we have a combined 90 years plus in experience to handle all of your needs. AB Electrical, Inc. holds licensing all across the metro area. We do use sub-contractors for a few things but we have used the same subs for years. We strive to make sure every job is done right the first time. If we would not do it to our own home will will not do it to yours.

They quoted me 1.5 hours of work and then charged me for 6 hours!! For unsticking 4 windows. I did the lower windows myself so I'm very aware that this is price gouging and not fair at all. I refused to pay and offered to pay for 3 hours of work. They refused. Also, they were supposed to come to my home weeks before at 8am. By 9am I called to ask where they were and was told the driver's truck stalled and they were picking up a battery and would be there very soon. By 10:15, no call or nobody showed. I called again and they were surprised the worker wasn't there. I canceled and rescheduled. Finally, when the work was done, a young boy came w/ a car that didn't even open on one side w/ a busted out window and another man in a truck. The boy was up on the ladder and didn't know what he was doing, but was doing all of the work while the other man was standing down below just hanging out. They wanted to charge me for 6 hours for 2 men's work time! I'm disgusted and shocked that a business can be run like this.
