From getting an estimate, to dealing with insurance to having the work done, AAS Restoration & Roofing (specifically Anthony) was in communication throughout the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, made sure we got done what needed to be done and it was done correctly. We now have a great new roof and don’t have to worry about leaks! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof! An easy, painless process!

We called AAS Restoration when we had hail damage. Although our insurance adjuster took 3 different calls to get them to appraise it correctly, we finally received $$ for a new roof, gutters, and new garage doors. Thank you AAS and especially Anthony for being persistent with our insurance to get our house fixed correctly. I was so pleased that I hired them to add Siding, Windows and new Doors out-of-pocket. I Highly Recommend AAS and ask for Anthony! He really cares!

AAS came out and bid an insurance job for us for hail on our property. Sam did a great job explaining the process, the other staff (Lori & Amy) have been quick with answers and the paperwork needed to get the claim completed and paid. The roof was completed in less than 3 weeks and it looks great! We could not have picked a better company! Thanks!

Everything was done in a very timely manner and I love the look of our home! I had no clue what to expect and I basically had my hand held the entire time. If I didn't understand something or needed a color sample, Anthony helped me out!

The AAS team knew that I was hosting a family reunion and they worked tirelessly to ensure my house was back in order before my family arrived. That deadline was met primarily because of the commitment and effort of 3 main players -- the project manager (Joe Bullard) who coordinated the team including the subcontractors; Tom Koehler, the field supervisor who worked closely with me on what needed to be done and a very capable Tony Bennefeld, an AAS employee who can (and is willing) to do everything and anything. Tom & Tony were the 'roll up your sleeves and get the work done' guys from AAS. Tom also interfaced with the subcontractors doing the flooring, carpeting and sheetrock work when I had any questions or concerns. Tom and Tony were willing to do whatever it took to get my house in order....they moved furniture, appliances, replaced trim, reattached a kitchen island, painted, touched up stain, and on and on. I was especially impressed with the quality of their work -- no shortcuts; they wanted to make sure things were done right. I was so terribly stressed when the water damage occurred that it made me feel good to know that I was working with people so committed to getting the issues resolved. The last major item was completed the day before my family arrived for our reunion. My house is back in order, my family reunion was not impacted and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

AAS is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for all of your storm damaged needs. We had a lot of hail damage to our roof, gutters, and vinyl siding and AAS took care of replacing it all. When they completed the work, everything looked great! They replaced 1 side of vinyl siding on our house that was 20 years old, and matched it perfectly to the rest of the house. I called AAS before contacting my insurance company, and that was the best thing I did. Sam, my contractor, is fantastic! He evaluated the storm damage and met with the insurance adjustor to make sure everything was taking care of. Not only is Sam a great person to work with, but so is everyone at the main office. Anytime I had a question or a concern, they were there to help, and they took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance company. Amy, thank you for everything you are the best!

AAS Restoration & Roofing Company completed roof repairs on my home to stop a rain leak problem that other companies had been unable to correct. AAS workers then replaced the bedroom ceiling that had been damaged by the leak. Workers arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the work and cleanup efficiently. Company officials carefully supervised the work and made the project proceed in a professional manner. I am happy to recommend AAS services.

The roofing was OK. It looked good and didn't leak but the crew left trash in the yard and in a couple of trees. They trampled 2 flower beds, one so bad we had to just take it out, peeled branches off of one of our lilacs and didn't put things back that they moved out of their way. The crew that did the the trim work was better, however... they didn't put the brick molding back in the same position it came off and now the screens don't stay in. They put in a new sill nose on my living room window which was just the edge of a 2X? poorly cut and and nailed on. I have since made one that fit properly and fixed it myself. I didn't notice right away but trim on the inside of the window was tight to the wall but not the window frame. At some point working around the LR window it got pulled out of place and dropped. I called, they came out took pictures and said they'd get back with me. That was August of 2016 and I still haven't heard from them. That was also fixed by me. Overall I won't use them again. The crews didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about what they were doing.

From my initial meeting with Anthony at AAS Restoration the process of getting a new roof was simple. He made me feel comfortable with my decision and explained all the details within the process. From the time I made the decision to use AAS Restoration the installation of my new roof was completed quickly. The crew cleaned up all the mess and didnt leave anything behind. I would highly recommend AAS Restoration for your roofing needs.

My unfinished basement had been flooded a few years ago, but the floor was never properly cleaned. It has always bothered me and decided it was time to do something about it. Once before, I'd had AAS clean an unfinished basement floor that had 50+ years of dust, dirt and grime on it before putting a house on the market and was happy with their work and price so decided to contact them again. When setting up a date for an estimate, I'd emailed them that I'd be home all day on a certain day and it would be a good day. They emailed back to confirm but I was having computer problems and didn't get the message. They went the extra step of calling to confirm when they didn't hear from me. I appreciated that. They were right on time the day of the service, got right to work sweeping up anything that was on the floor, cautioning me the garage floor was slippery when some water got on it, and worked steadily to clean the floor. They even swept up the basement steps. They were also very polite. The basement floor looks 100% better and I'm very particular. I lent them a big dustpan and couldn't find it after they left. The office was quite responsive in checking with the workers to see what happened to it, even offering to buy a new one for me. However, it was my mistake--I did find it clipped to a broom. (The last place I'd look.) Bottom line--I've used AAS twice and both times I've been more than happy with their work and price. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would recommend them.

They told me I could get bleach and scrub this off. I was appreciative they saved me money and didn't do any unnecessary work.

We had a leak from a dripping cold water shutoff line. We were referred to AAS by our insurance company. When we called they were very responsive to our needs and were out within an hour or so to evaluate the situation and suggest a remedy to take care of the water damage. The technician, Steve Dayringer was very personable and easy going. Not knowing much about the restoration process we asked questions which he took the time to answer and explain. Both my wife and I really appreciated this. Steve left fans and a dehumidifier going and came back to check on them within 24 hours as promised. Everything went fine and by the end of the week the bathroom was dry. My wife had some concerns about the floor and Steve made a special trip out to take a look. It turned out to be nothing to worry about but we did appreciate him taking his time to check it out. We also talked to the office staff several times. Everything was to our satisfaction and they were all very courteous and nice on the phone. If we ever have any problems again (which I hope we don't) we will definitely use this company. I would really recommend them to anyone needing their type of services.

They performed the work adequately, but engaged in questionable billing practices. They charged for two hours of an electrician that did not come to the home. While they eventually removed this cost, after repeated phone calls, the billing practices were all over the board. No one person at the company seemed to know how to handle the situation. They also added on to the actual costs, "by adjusting the base service charges," and adding double line items of 10% for overhead and 10% for profit. Their billing made no sense.
