My crew did a phenomenal job. I got several bids from different companies for cement, steel & vinyl siding. James Hardy had the best warranty. I looked at other houses this installer had completed & all looked great. The whole process took a little over 2 weeks. They also installed a new door I purchased when we found problems with the existing door. The trim inside & out was perfect. I love my new siding & windows. It has even reduced my utility bills & reduced the outside noise in my home

The team was phenomenal. I has gotten bids from three different companies other than AAA. Chris's bid was the lowest compared to steel and vinyl siding with a better warranty. His bid was lower than a competor James Hardie installer. The team arrived as scheduled. The site was cleaned up each day. The end result is gorgeous. They provided instructions on how to maintain the product and protect the warranty. The window install was amazingly quick. The door replacement...after a bit of reconstruction...is gorgeous. My house is much more quieter...can't hardly hear the storms anymore or the wind. My AC bill is lower than in previous years...granted a cooler season than normal. But I am sure I will see a significant difference this winter.

The project went very well and we our very pleased with our siding. It has been three years since our siding was replaced and the siding still looks brand new. Bruce Brosko, the firm's sales manager, is very customer service oriented and a pleasure to work with. The installation crew did a great job and always cleaned up after themselves.

It went extremely well. They were timely, very organized, very clean, and very easy to work on additional items that were unforeseen during the construction outside of the original quote. Excellent follow up and very focused on customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again if I have a remodeling project that their skills are suited for.

Overall, everything went great with this company. It still looks brand new today. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The crew was very responsive and helpful. They were very easy to work with. They really went above and beyond what they had to do. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bruce was my main point of contact. He was very professional. I think there are only 2 certified installers of James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding in the Kansas City area right now and they are one of the two. I thought they did a good job. I am very particular and the company worked really hard to satisfy any concerns that I had. That customer oriented approach counts a lot with me.

Spoke with AAA Lifetime Exterior Remodeling Sales Manage at the Home Show. Scheduled home visit. Received bid from AAA and another company I contacted. Selected AAA Lifetime Exterior Remodeling. Scheduled work. Accompanied company owners and crew leader on walk through to make sure work was understood by all. Work was performed efficiently each workday and progress continued as expected. Crew worked so house was left each day protected against bad weather. Any wood that was found to be damaged from woodrot or prior termite activity was replaced. Area was cleaned up each evening and any old siding was removed from the site each day. Prior to new James Hardie siding being installed, house was wrapped with Tyvec and taped appropriately. After new siding was installed, crew diligently caulked. The entire body of the house was spray painted and the trim on the front of the house was painted in a second color. During the work, one of the company owners visited the site several times. The crew took extra effort to make sure a couple of the areas of the house that needed some special attention received the necessary work so past problems would not again occur. The crew was professional and skilled. The owner performed a final inspection with me prior to final payment. We received all appropriate warranty papers. We are very pleased with the way our home looks and several of the neighbors commented on the new look and the quality work.

It was good overall. They cleaned up well and were very nice. They kept talking to us while they were working and informed us of what was going on.

They had a lot of shingles to tear off and it was in the middle of the summer and it was incredibly hot. They worked really long days. The roof looked great and we really liked the way they put it on there. We were fairly disappointed with the cleanup however. We had to contact the company twice to come back and clean up. You can see a little bit of the metal flashing and we called and complained about that and they came right out and fixed it. We were very happy with the pricing. They were easy to deal with and very good! I would use them again in the future if I had the need.

The roofing crew and the gutter crew got into an argument about who made the mess and who was going to clean it up so that was annoying. As far as the gutters looked and worked, it was great. There was one little section that needed an extra part on it so we called and the guy came right out and put an extra piece on the gutter free of charge. They actually did our garage without us asking them to do it and they did not charge us for it. The only aspect of it that was not good was the cleanup. The lead guy in charge of the gutters was really good. I would use this company again in the future

I originally contacted them but then some circumstances came up and delayed the job. When I got back with them I had decided to use Pella instead of Stanley. They told me they could do this. I talked to them and we came up with what we wanted. My original contact became sick, so another one took over. I had already paid them $4,000. I wanted a contract, so he brought it and I signed it. I got a check back about 3 days later, and they told me that they couldn't do the work. They said: consider this check to be a cancellation of any contracts. Sorry for the inconvenience. Estimated cost was $4,000.

I think overall we're very pleased with the outcome. The house looks incredible. The project was a little overwhelming at times. It's hard to have people hammering on your house for a month. I pointed out a couple of details and they did take care of them. I wish they would of been a little more diligent in taking away the scrap on a daily basis. I did get a feeling that I was being talked down to at times by Bruce, the salesman. Bruce seemed to have a knee jerk can't do it attitude. I also had trouble communicating at times with the workers as they didn't speak very good English. Rocky the team leader was very nice to work with as was Atturro the painter. The gutters were subbed out and were done by Metro Guttering. The guys who did that work were very nice to deal with and they did a excellent job. I would recommend these guys to my friends for the same work. I felt like they did care about doing a good job and taking care of issues that came up.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY and THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR IT. WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SOME MORE PROJECTS- NEXT MONTH PROBABLY.
